5 stars for the opener but the accessories........
Returned one of these because the wine sealer did not work. It wouldn't hold a vacuum. Here's the thing. I'm not going to use that vacuum sealer and I don't care about "aerating" my wine with the included pourer. And I will SELDOM use the wine stopper because well ....... A bottle of wine having anything left in it after opening around here is like a blue moon on Christmas. What can I say. But I just can't stand paying for something that doesn't work, even if I'll never use it. Anyway, the wine opener itself is a champ. I've owned a bunch of wine openers. This opens bottles faster than any opener I've ever owned and that includes rechargeable openers 3 times what I paid for this opener. It's worth every penny. We drink a fair amount of wine around here so this thing gets used a lot. I've never replaced the batteries. It's not even remotely slowing down. It just keeps popping out corks and it's been months. Considering what this opener cost I don't see how you can go wrong with this purchase.

This might honestly be one of the best things I’ve purchased on Amazon. Gone are the days of fighting with the foil on top of a wine bottle, then manually twisting in a corkscrew and hoping it does not slip at the worst possible moment. The foil remover works better than expected and makes getting to the cork quick and easy. The electric opener itself is very simple to use, and the arrows are clear enough to understand even after the opener has already been put to work a few times in one evening. It removes the cork smoothly and makes the whole process feel way more effortless than it probably should. The only downside is that it may make opening the next bottle a little too easy. That regret may not fully set in until the next morning, when you are counting empty bottles with a headache and questioning your life choices. Overall, it does exactly what it is supposed to do, works well, and adds a bit of convenience and fun to opening wine. Definitely recommend.
