I didn't think I would love this Coffee Gooseneck Kettle by Coulee nearly as much as I do. First of all, it's gorgeous looking with the kettle part a bright white color and the handles on both the top of the lid and the one on the kettle is made of a beautiful walnut wood. The wood handles also match the base of the kettle for a cohesive look. For anyone who doesn't know what a gooseneck kettle looks like, the spout is slender and elegant-looking that resembles a goose's neck, hence the name. This type of spout enables a consistent pour-over coffee and/or tea for a better flavor. Second of all, it's extremely easy to use. Just fill the kettle with water to the max line, place it on the base, push the button that turns it on and it does its thing - couldn't be simpler. Third of all, it's extremely fast, boiling the water in 4 minutes so by the time you turn it on, get your cup or mug out, get your coffee or tea measured, it's boiling hot water! I was planning on putting it away in a cabinet when it's not in use, but my husband drinks a cup of tea every morning, so I decided to leave it out on my countertop. And I'm so glad I did, because, did I mention before how beautiful it looks on the counter? I absolutely love this gooseneck kettle and I highly recommend it.

The white kettle, with wooden looking base is a great style that matches many higher end appliances! I like the simplicity of this kettle, along with it having a nice long gooseneck spout! I make a lot of pour over coffee and these style of kettle are my favorite for the basic functions and ease of use, just put water in and press the pedal down, it does the rest! Although it has no specific temperature control, it gets to boiling very quick and I'm not the type who is picky about water temperature. It usually takes about a minute to get to boiling and I've not experienced any leakage to note over the course of owning the Coulée kettle. After use it's very easy to rinse out and leave to dry, and the base has a wrap for the cord underneath to help with making it look more tidy! Overall I would highly recommend this kettle as a great value for money and a long lasting kettle for whatever you need hot water for!
