I really enjoy using this mug warmer. Usually my tea goes cold but not i am able to set the desired "keep warm" temperature and the mug stays at that. I like the wood grain finish, looks stylish. Mug warmer has multiple temperature settings 113-158F. it also has the timeout timer up to 4 hours. Overall i have been using this using for now a week and cannot say enough good things about it.
