Great Warmer
I had an issue with my order where I was sent an item with a European plug. I was able to get an exchange. The new item arrived the next day and I had 1 month to return the old one. Great customer service! Now that I have it, I love it. It works great. I made coffee and put my mug on this yesterday. I promptly received a phone call and had to run out of the house for an emergency - forgot about my mug and left it on the warmer. I do not recommend doing this, but thankfully, nothing bad happened. And when I came home 1.5 hrs later my coffee was the perfect temp! It was not too hot and did not burn. The cord is the perfect length for my desk set up. The warmer doesn't get so hot that it effects other items around it. It does well and I would buy it again.

Perfect for keeping my cups warm and my candles melted
This things has been awesome! I use it to keep my coffee cup warm mostly, but it works on jar candles very well, too. I like that it doesn't turn on unless something is on it, as the power button is positioned underneath the tray and has to be held down to use. Heats up really quickly and it does get quite warm. Doesn't make my coffee taste burnt, and doesn't mess with the scent of my candles. Definitely worth the buy!

This warmer works really well and does exactly what it’s supposed to. It keeps my coffee nice and warm without overheating it, and it’s very easy to use. I also like that it works for candles, which is a nice bonus. The design is simple and doesn’t take up much space on my desk. Overall, a handy little device that I use every day and would definitely recommend.

Purchased two. Great buy. Turns on and off on its own. Keeps room smelling great. Easy to use. Tried using for a “simmer pot” didn’t seem to work, keeps warm
