LOVE IT! Get it!
I love this mug warmer and I use it daily. I tried a couple of different brands in this price range and this is the only one that actually keeps my tea hot, not warm, HOT, and I haven’t been using a mug with a flat bottom. Plus, I like that it comes with a silicone cover to prevent accidental burns (I'm clumsy). It’s simple, it’s easy to use, and it’s made well. What more can I ask for? It has three different temperature settings and a timer with different options- 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 hr shut-off times. If you don’t have it on a timer and it hasn’t been in use for a while, it will turn itself off, which is important to me. I feel safe leaving the room with it on and coming back a little bit later without burning the house down. Overall, I highly recommend this product and if you are shopping for a mug warmer, I suggest you try this one. As I said before, I tried a few different brands before finding this one and I am finally happy.

This cup heater works well so long as the cup maintains contact with the hot plate. Some cups have a ridge around the bottom edge, like a stand, so it doesn't heat as well as if the cup makes full entire contact with the hot plate. I use a stainless steel camping cup that has a flat bottom and my coffee stays hot to blazing hot, depending on what you set it at. 170° will keep your liquid blazing hot. 150° will keep it pretty hot. 130° will keep your drink hot. The hot plate is only 3.5" wide so if you like large coffee cups, keep that in mind. My half liter cup, 17 oz., just fits perfectly. The timers are flexible from multiples of 2 hour settings for up to 12 hours total.

Great warmer
I love this warmer. I like that you can set the temperature and a timer for auto shut off. And it does keep the coffee pretty warm. Won’t be scalding coffee by any means, but it’s better than cold! Love the silicone top which if you remember to pop that on your coffee every time then it keeps it even hotter lol. My only qualm is the buttons for temp control and timer are just a little finicky. You have to touch them just right sometimes to get them to do their thing. But really that’s being very nit picky. It’s not that bad. All in all a good warmer.

Replaced lackluster warmer which lacked digital readout, different heat settings, auto shut off, etc. Keeps the cup so warm it serves to warm my carpal tunnel plagued hand, too. Warms my painfully cold and numb fingers, giving me some feeling back after three operations failed to do so. HIGHLY recommended.
