You can also adjust the speed and choose between two heat levels for added comfort and relaxation. The cushion itself is comfortable, lightweight, and not bulky at all, making it easy to move around or take with you when traveling. My husband and son are constantly borrowing it because they love it just as much as I do!

The up–down moving shiatsu nodes really work out deep knots in my upper and lower back. The heat feels very nice. It should last a very long time even with regular use. Its a nice black color and blends in with the office chair nicely. The price is great for what you get. its cheaper than going to a massage place on a regular basis esp when you don't have time to do that. After working insanely long hours at work I was experiencing back problems so I decided to buy this massage cushion. It worked wonders. The product is very all encompassing; it has a heating option, a neck massager, a cushion massager. I would recommend taking the middle cover off to get a deeper back massage experience. I enjoy the many features the product has and I use it quite often as it has helped me relieved back pain from my daily work and exercise routine. I would highly recommend this product for anyone suffering from back pain.

The massager gets the neck region really well which can be lowered to get the trapezius muscles too. the rollers that target the back are nice for isolated region (upper or lower back) and the full range. The inflation feature is an interesting experience, which I do like. The heat is nice but mild. The vibration is also nice but mild. Overall I really enjoy this massager and I hope it lasts years.
