Convenient and pleasant
I got this massage pad during the New Year Day long weekend and had some time to try it out. I bought it for back and shoulder tightness relief after long hours of office work. The massager meets my expectations. The setting up was a breeze. Unrolled on my sofa and it's ready to go. It's lightweight so I can easily move it if I plan to bring it to different rooms or even my office for daily use. The controller is simple to use to adjust the settings of massage intensity, areas, and heat levels. I also like the auto shutoff feature. The heat mode is very pleasant especially during this cold winter. I prefer the low or medium level heating. The massage pad covers the whole body. It's not a deep penetrating massage, more like a gentle soothing sensation, providing relaxation and relief on mild tension. Usually after a 15-20 minutes session, my back and shoulders felt much better. The heat and the vibration improve the circulation and relieve mild stress. It won't replace a massage gun if you have knotted muscle strain that needs deep tissue shiatsu-like massage. But for general relaxation and full body everyday muscle stiffness, it's very convenient and pleasant way to get some relief at home or in office.

This thing is actually pretty nice. I usually just lay it on my couch or office chair, hit the heat button, and let it do its thing while I’m watching TV or scrolling on my phone. The vibration motors are stronger than I expected, and the heat warms up quickly, which feels amazing on my lower back. The massage mat has a very nice selection of settings. You can choose specific zones that can be targeted, or you can have them all active for full back massage. The heat option is a must use after a long day, and really enhances the experience. One thing I noticed is that it works best when laying flat vs. sitting up in a chair. When laying flat it really did an awesome job. Sitting in a chair it was not as effective, but this could be the way I was sitting, and there may not have been enough pressure between me and the mat. The price is very reasonable, and it appears to be made well and will last a long time. I am very happy that I purchased this, my back feels so much better! Definitely recommend!

Just like with all Comfier products, this one too is well made, and it does what it says it will do! While I generally prefer a rolling massage, this mat does help relax you if you like a pulsating/vibrating mat. The controls are very intuitive, and it allows you to customize your session. You can even adjust the vibrations from low to medium and then to high. This would be ideal for those that don't like intense massages. I tried it out on the bed vs. using it in a chair. I was able to get better coverage from shoulders all the way down to the backsides of my legs. Another winner Comfier!
