You're Using it Wrong!
Excellent comfort and support, relieving stress on the tailbone, if you sit on it properly. The gap is supposed to be UNDER your tailbone, not to the front. I realize it's counterintuitive, because the logo is backwards on the product, but that opening is designed to prevent any pressure on your tender tailbone, by elevating your posterior. If you don't need tailbone relief, you can turn it the other way, sure. Very washable, cleaning the zip-off cover in a gentle cycle, let it air dry and it comes out great. Highly recommend for dialysis patients, who must remain seated for 4 hours. I've had one of these for years, but bought another for my couch, and they retain their shape, remain thick and look great!

Best seat cushion that I have ever experienced!!
I received a “free” seat cushion from this exercise bike manufacturer & while it provided some comfort that it did not provide 100% comfort because I have little or zero “meat” on my posterior. When I received this cushion where it provided THE FINEST CUSHIONING that I have ever experienced. Since I am 100% pleased with this seat’s comfort, I will need to buy a few more of these cushions to be used for commercial airline flights, replacement of my current cushion because it is the best cushion that I have ever experienced. My adage is if you find any product that you are thoroughly satisfied because they often discontinue making that product. It is always important to keep some “spares”available

Very comfortable and genuinely effective. My work involves spending long hours sitting at a computer, and this cushion helped me get rid of the tailbone pain I was experiencing.
