It really provides relief and heats up quickly
I've tried several massagers, and this 2025 model from CooCoCo stands out primarily because of the size of the heat zone; you can feel it all over your lower back, not just in one small spot. You don't have to wait forever to feel the heat relief. The Shiatsu rollers are firm enough to loosen knots without causing pain. It conforms very well to the lumbar curve, which is hard to find. It's an excellent investment for those of us who spend a lot of time sitting. Plus, the fact that it's FSA/HSA eligible made the purchase much easier. Highly recommended!

The first one I received worked, however, the controller would not change the settings. This seller was super fast in sending the replacement, which works beautifully and I love it! The massage is so relaxing, so much better than just a single roller.
