Plastic parts feel good enough to not fall apart, zip ties are decent but hard to get tight with out stretching or snapping (but we're holding cables so I'm not a problem). Cable sleeves are long enough to bundle cables from my desktop surface to the PC shelf below and holds all the cables I put in it (10 awg 120v power cable, display port cable, cat5e Ethernet cable, 3 USB cables, aux cable). Very functional, so I'm happy. Did what I expected.
