I bought the Crayola Marker Airbrush Spray Art Kit hoping for a fun, creative outlet for my children, and it has definitely delivered on entertainment value. It's a very cool concept that works surprisingly well, though with one major caveat for parents. The Pros: Fun for All Ages & Simple to Use Husband-Approved: This toy is a hit across the board! In fact, my husband has loved using it even more than the kids have. It's genuinely fun for adults to experiment with the spray art effect. Easy Operation: The battery-powered sprayer is simple to use and easy for little hands to manage. The kids picked it up right away. Keeps 'Em Busy: It kept my children entertained for a significant amount of time, which is a huge win in any parent's book. Easy Cleanup: The best part for me is that it uses standard washable markers. Cleanup is a breeze on most surfaces and clothing. The Cons: The Great Indoors Hazard It Makes a Mess (Indoors): The main issue is that my kids want to use it inside like a regular marker. The spray mist travels further than anticipated. While the markers are washable, the mist can get everywhere if you aren't careful about surrounding surfaces. It requires a dedicated, covered space indoors or, preferably, an outdoor setting. This little “airbrush” art kit is loads of fun for my 7-year old granddaughter. The kit comes with a set of starter markers and 5 stencils. The ink is a washable type that comes right off. It is compatible with many different sizes, so you will not have problems finding replacements. The stencils are right up her alley and contain enough detail to keep it fun and interesting for her. I am sure that we will be able to purchase additional stencils from any craft-type store. Also, batteries are not included but they last a long while before needing replacement. I have to admit that even I had fun using it! We are learning how to make our finished masterpieces better and better each time. We have been using a mixed-media, medium grain paper and it is perfect for this application. I highly recommend this kit for budding young artists, crafty-type children (or adults!) any age group (5+), female or male. It was a hit with her!

BEST CRAYOLA PRODUCT
This was the best crayola product I’ve ever purchased! First off, the airbrush wasn’t very expensive and that’s what really sparked my interest. The kit comes with 4 stencils and 5 or 6 markers, but it works with any regular sized crayola marker. It requires 4 AA batteries which are not included. The instructions were clear and easy to use. Once I was able to show my son how to use it, he was able to change out the markers in his own AND was able to show his 5 and 6 year old siblings how to use it as well. The stencils get saturated with marker with continued use but they wash off completely under running water. It’s perfect for ages 5 and up. I will say that I lay a towel down underneath the paper when my son is using his airbrush to avoid any coloring in the table when using his brush!

Wow works great, easy to use and the markers are ultra washable so you just rinse the stencils under water to clean them. They work the best when used about 2 to 3 inches away from the paper. The closer you get to the paper the darker the color will be. If you want a lighter color you move the airbrush further away from the paper. Great value for the cost and kids can use it by themselves. Also I have ordered some bulk stencils online so we can make more with the airbrush, they all work you just need to be sure to not move the stencil while using the airbrush. I would for sure buy more if this ever stops working but I don't see that being a problem. I would recommend buying extra markers in case these ones run out and have 4 AA batteries on hand because it does not come with batteries.
