Great value for classroom art sessions!
Each September, our small town holds a school supply drive for children in our three local schools (elementary, middle, and high school). And, each year, our teachers ask for quality art supplies to augment those brought by students who can't afford to buy the good stuff. When I saw the Crayola Watercolors packaged in bulk (twelve 8-color paint trays plus a brush) per case), I knew it would be a hit with the teachers. Each tray was around $2.30 and with donations, we were able to supply two elementary classrooms. For inexpensive paint sets, the pigment load is excellent and the amount of paint per pan is generous. This brand will be my first choice next year.

Plenty of paint in the set.
Bought these for Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes. They really were nice. There was enough paint in each color to allow kids many days of creativity. Some paint sets I have had in the past were very stingy with the amount of paint in the set, but not this one. I was happy to send it knowing it would give some child hours and hours of creative fun.

Bought these for my students. Crayola has the best brand for watercolor paints for elementary aged students. Brushes are good quality and paint colors are vibrant and bright. Any spills/messes are easily cleaned up with water, no need to worry about stains. Each palette also lasts a good amount of time, so good value.
