My old one does not leak. New one does. Both hold heat well.
I bought this tumbler over a year ago and decided to buy another one. I like everything about it but most of all it didn't leak. The lid has a small flip over cover that snaps into place never leaks. This new one was slightly different. The flip closure did not snap closed. When I turned it over and water poured out in a small stream. I decided to fill it with hot water to see if the lid material would soften and mold itself to seal. I made sure the cap was firmly screw in, closed the flip cover firmly on the lip, then turned the mug over. Water came out again but then slowed to a trickle and eventually stopped. The next day, same test, leaks about 2 drops per second. Both old and new kept hot liquids hot. Started with 207 degree hot water. One hour and 15 min later about 147 degree. Still hot enough. I like the tumblers. I have confidence that one will not leak either while in the cup holder while driving or in my gym bag ( would still place it in a medium plastic bag ). The other one that leaks, place in a cup holder or in your hands only.

Quality cup that will last you! Great for the price
This cup has been my go-to cup for the past year and a half for coffee. It keeps my coffee hot (when sealed shut) and is very portable since it's on the smaller side. I'm surprised that the metal hasn't been dented or the paint hasn't been scuffed, either. It's easy to use when driving, too. This is an example of a cheap product that certainly isn't cheap by any means! The only thing I will say is that the little piece of rubber that's used to seal the cup shut (the one that blocks the small air hole on the lid) is finally starting to be soft. I noticed it was rubbing off when I was washing it. However, with how cheap this thing is and how long it took to get to this state, I'm completely okay with that.

Super nice, light weight cup, that fits perfectly in my car’s cup holder. It keeps coffee straight from the pot hot while you drink it I’ve never had a cup last longer than 2 hours, so I can’t tell you it stays hot for 8 hours. I can say it doesn’t leak, it maintains heat, and it doesn’t hold on to smells. It has a flip top which makes drinking easily accessible. The lid is screw on so it’s easy to clean. Great product cue for the money and it has been a very durable product.

Regular size coffee tumbler - my new favorite!
I love the size of this coffee cup. The design is great as it indents a little so it’s easy to grip. The outside also has a nice feel so it doesn’t slip. Coffee stays hot and the heat doesn’t leak to the outside. I imagine it would keep beverages cold and not allow the outside to sweat. Definitely dishwasher safe. The lid doesn’t leak. Enough said, it’s a great tumbler.
