Wonderful!
When I found out my Cuisinart mixer could make ice cream I was thrilled. I bought this attachment when the price came down. Made my first ice cream last night...peppermint stick! One of my favorites that can be hard to find. Making ice cream was easier than I thought. And it tastes wonderful. I mixed it about 20 minutes. I think I should have given it another 5 to 10 mins. Make sure you follow directions. Easy to assemble, easy to clean. You will need a strong plastic spatula to remove the ice cream into a container.

Good product
I wanted to wait a little while before doing a review. Ive used it a couple times now and I think it's great for small portions. Maybe for 2 ppl. It's easy to use, clean and assemble. Just ensure it's fully frozen. If u have the space in your freezer, just leave it there until you need it. That way it will stay cold long enough to get the ice cream hard enough to handle. It's a good product. So far, no issues. I haven't used the fruit attachment as yet but I'm sure it'll be fine

Yummy!!!
My first batch turned out horrible. I had to throw it out. I used a recipe that used heated milk to help dissolve the sugar. I guess it wasn't cold enough because it just wouldn't get thick. Having your mixture in the fridge for 2 hours before churning is the key. I also wrapped the cannister with a heavy towel while churning which kept it cold. I think I could have made 2 batches since I insulated it. Ice cream came out nice and thick and creamy.

Love it!!
This Cuisinart ice cream maker attachment is a fantastic addition to my kitchen! It’s easy to attach and use, turning my stand mixer into a versatile ice cream machine. The bowl freezes quickly and churns ice cream to the perfect consistency in under 30 minutes. Cleanup is simple, and the results are just as good as store-bought—if not better! Perfect for making custom flavors at home. Highly recommend for ice cream lovers!
