PERFECT size for large supplements (pills and doses as well). Tastes better than I thought!
Edited 8/15/26 to add: I hate that I love this thing so much, I ended up buying another one--between RXs and supplements, timing differences or doses, having multiple just made it easier. This helps me remember so much better than rx reminders or any other deal. I was looking for something EXACTLY like this--not so much a pill organizer but more-so a daily dispenser, something to make taking a bunch of different supplements a breeze. It's a bit silly but I hated opening up 6+ different bottles and packs and different things for different supplements and this solved the issue for me entirely. This unit's separated dosage compartments are large enough to store: 5 fiber capsules, 3 large calc./mag. pills, 3 D geltabs, Large fish oil, Iron, and more. Mine is holding currently a total of 8 different medicines/supplements at 16 pills total. It's a bit of a tight fit and could really force one or two more if I practiced my Tetris skills in each section, but it works great for what it is. The only improvements I could see for something like this would be separate the individual compartments a bit more and make them more isolated by adding some form of sealant or such (just plastic over plastic now and is 100% fine). That and perhaps make different sizes, or modular ones etc. But, as it is currently, it is PERFECT for my purposes and most likely many of yours. The 14 day segmented distribution is great for either AM/PM for a week, or 14 day daily, or whatever you want to come up with (kit includes stickers and mounting stuff). The lid closure is VERY secure and does not get loose or shake like I thought it might (this is basically just a good 3d print if not mold injection, but quality resin etc). I'm not worried about the pill safety in losing any or forgetting to take any now, they are safe (enough) against the elements and help me remember to not forget, and I can forget to remember now without worry. There are also many different colors available if you're into that sort of thing. You dog, you ;) You could also put snacks in this and have a human snack wheel. Or a Ferris wheel for ants. I'm using it for my pills though, I dunno, you do you, it's yours once you buy it. You can store nuts and cheese in it, or even olives. The possibilities are endless. Pills are probably the best choice, though.

Great design, capacity, color selection, function, need, serves a purpose, and has excellent value.
UPDATE: I don't usually do this, writing a follow-up on a review. This pill dispenser deserves a follow-up. I have been using this dispenser for 23 days. It is such a valuable machine to have. It is built well. It is sturdy. It operates smoothly and effortlessly. It is easy to fill, and it keeps my pills organized in one location ready to go. This dispenser is definitely worth the money spent. It arrived quickly with no hassle, and it was packaged securely. It's a great product to use. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just received this pill dispenser today, October 1, 2025 and used it to dispense my morning meds. I also take meds in the evening. I like this machine a lot. I know that it's very soon to be writing a review, but assuming the construction of it is solid and will last a long time, I am going to buy three more of these machines. With 4 of them I can set up an entire month of medication and be done with it. I currently take 10 medications. Opening 10 bottles and messing around getting a pill out of each bottle twice per day is frustrating and time consuming. With four of them I can just move along with my day in a matter of seconds. Loading the machine is simple and fast. Loading 4 of them will be a time saver and frustration eliminator. Convenience in life adds quality to life. Money fixes a lot of things. When someone tells me that money can't buy happiness, I will tell them about this pill dispenser (x 4 of them). This medication dispenser is well done in design, size and capacity, color selection choices, functionality, fulfills a need, and serves a purpose. It has excellent value.

I like it enough I bought a second one
This makes my life so much less complicated in the morning. Press a button, take my vitamins. I like that there are different stickers for labeling the wheel. You can make it AM/PM or use days of the week. The size is great. I have take gloucosamine and magnesium, both of which are multiple horse pills daily on top of my other vitamins and medications, and there is room in the compartment for those other pills after putting them in. I actually have two of these and will sit down for about 30 minutes on every fourth Saturday and dstribute all my pills for the month. The compartments are sealed well and the pills stay dry - though not air tight. I like that I can see inside the wheel and the orange button stands out to remind me to take my pills in the morning. There's a perfect little cup for catching the pills. It stands perfectly and doesn't wobble when you press the button. It's very easy to take off and reattach the wheel from the base, but very secure when on. Same thing can be said about the clear lid. I haven't traveled with it, but I I expect it would be easy enough. Pills don't come out unless you want them to.

Good reminder and very handy
I've only used it for a little over a week but so far it's been a very good means for me to remember to take medications and supplements as well as note later in the day that I did take them. Each slot holds quite a bit and also works well if you have large items like Viactiv calcium chews. Since I need both AM and PM slots, I used that adhesive in the center then I cut one of the days of the week one up to put the first 2 letters of the day between the AM and PM. They are tiny so tweezers and sharp scissors are necessary if you choose to do this. As you can see from my accompanying photo, the organizer is nice and compact. I chose to leave it on its stand with the dispenser cup below but it comes with the parts necessary to put it on the wall if you prefer.
