Old guys need upgrades at some time.
Great mid-line computer for a retired guy like me. No gaming, no business to run, and no completion dates to meet. I'll always stick with Dell. Have been since the 90's. I ordered this touch screen, however, there's really nothing I need to touch as the mouse continues to be my choice. It's got enough horsepower to do everything I do; email, finances, file storage, pic & video storage. I bought this because my old Dell wouldn't upgrade to Win 11. I was floating by on Microsoft's upgrade extension from last year and then here comes tax season and TurboTax required Win 11. Oh well, I needed to upgrade at some point. But, very happy with my new Dell!

Replaced an HP 15.6 I had purchased from Amazon through a third-party seller a little over a year ago. Will never buy from any seller other than the manufacturer again. This one works as advertised and even has a manufacturer's warranty (use caution buying from 3rd party sellers - if they 'modify' the unit the warranty is void). Of course, the 16-inch screen and backlit keyboard are just a very nice upgrade over my old one. Well worth the cost.

Muy buena laptop, la recomiendo La verdad quedé muy contento con esta Dell 16. Me está funcionando muy bien desde que la recibí, no le puedo poner ningún defecto hasta ahora. Lo que más me gustó fue la facilidad para comprarla, el proceso de pago fue muy sencillo y cómodo. Cumple con todo lo que promete y más. Si están dudando en comprarla, yo les digo que sí vale la pena, no se van a arrepentir.

A great laptop laden with features and a great quality build. I use it mostly for web purchases, transactions, news, streaming and email. Not for work or school. I have always liked Dell products, and this laptop is no exception. Everything is up to date, and it has worked flawlessly right out of the box.
