Do it all power tool combo
I have always enjoyed using Dewalt Tools. My setup before this was the 18V drill, reciprocating saw, and circular saw which really worked great... except for those 18V batteries not holding a charge long enough. I have been using the 20V lithium ions at work and love their light weight and battery run times. So I decided to get my own set. While looking for some sales on the combo kit I saw the big kit on sale. My big concern with the cordless drill is that it was not the hammer drill version. Since I have a working hammer drill and you can purchase the 20V to 18V adapters to use on older tools, I decided to go that route. You don’t always need a hammer drill but when you do, you really do! I was also very excited to get the oscillating multi-tool which is really versatile! I actually used it to cut out all the dividers in my old Dewalt hard cases to store stuff in them. I can see the potential uses for this tool. Circular and Reciprocating saws I have not used in this kit other that to make sure they worked, but I have used the 18V versions and found them to be very useful. Cordless angle grinder is a pretty neat tool. I can see some things I can do with it but I don’t use an angle grinder very much. I did use it to reprofile an axe head and it worked great. The impact driver is one of my favorites. I have the 12V version and it is phenomenally useful. The 20V version is too! The blower looked kind of a gimmick, but produces a pretty decent blast of air from it. I was impressed with how much power it had. The cordless wet/dry vacuum is pretty cool as well. I didn’t know they made such a thing. It will come in handy for those small spills and cleanup jobs. I don’t use it in the shop as I always have a big wet/dry ready there. The charger is neat in that it will charge my 12 V lithium ion as well. My 12V one will also charge the 20V ones. So that is a win! The speaker is pretty decent for its size. I like how you can run it off of the battery or the included AC wall wart. Sounds good but it isn’t a Bose. Also on the speaker thought... I think Dewalt missed a cool opportunity. Since it plugs into AC power it would be cool if the batteries would charge while in the speaker connected to AC power. The batteries you get 2 amp hour ones. These do make the tools, especially the drill, feel light in the hand. I suspect I will upgrade to the 5 amp hour ones but the 2 amp hour ones are definitely handy and will probably be paired with the tools that I don’t use as heavily. One thing I thing is missing or should have been included was the Dewalt belt clip for the cordless drills and drivers. I definitely find these useful and I keep them on all my Dewalt drills and drivers. The work light is cool too, but I doubt I will be using this tying up a Dewalt battery. It’s a good light but other than emergencys when the power is out, I don’t see me using it that much. When I was looking at my old 18V tools I saw there was one of those lights in there that I never used. Still it will come in handy and being that I usually use a headlight I am covered. Glad to have it though. Speaking of lights, most of the tools have LED lights that shine on the work area. Very handy and useful. I am very impressed with the array of tools that comes with the kit

Excellent all-in-one kit for homeowners and DIYers
This DEWALT 20V MAX 10-tool combo kit is an outstanding value if you want a complete cordless setup without buying tools one at a time. Everything arrived well packaged, and the two batteries, charger, and tool bags make it easy to stay organized right out of the box. The brushless tools have plenty of power for everyday projects—drilling, driving, cutting, sanding, and more. Battery life has been solid, and the tools feel well balanced and comfortable to use, even for longer jobs. Switching batteries between tools is quick and easy, and the charger gets them back up and running in a reasonable amount of time. This kit is ideal for homeowners, DIYers, and even light professional use. While serious contractors may want extra batteries, for most projects this set covers just about everything you need. DEWALT quality and reliability really show here, and for the price, this combo kit is hard to beat. Highly recommended if you’re looking to build or upgrade your cordless tool collection.

Good Combo for Basic Users
Had this kit a few months and have been able to use every item. Overall, it’s a good kit for the basic user. If you’re a heavy user, you’ll want to get Dewalt’s XR line. Pros: - Every tool you’ll need in one kit. - Includes blades for all saw items. - The speaker doubles as a USB charger for your phone. Cons: - Included batteries don’t last long for the saws. You’ll want to get additional, or higher capacity, batteries. - The circular saw is pretty low on the RPMs, so you have to take your time cutting - Multi tool doesn’t easily accept all blade types. They do include an adapter ring, but when I tried using it with my existing blades they can lose after a few seconds. Not safe!!! - The wet/dry vac is useless for water. Tried using it and after there was only 1/2” of water in the vacuum it started coming out the exhaust vents. It’s got a lot of power, which is part of the problem. Without enough depth in the reservoir, the water gets sucked up into the motor too quickly.

Awesome value for money
As a homeowner, I should have bought this set way earlier. I had the chance to buy it in sale at 850$cad, which means I paid 85$ per tool, which is a no brainer to get in the Dewalt line (even though it is their entry level tools). They work fantastic and never had a problem with them. The only thing you might want to consider is getting a stronger battery for the saws and the drill, depending on what you are planning to do. The 2ah battery mounted on the drill with a 1 1/2in hole saw was not strong enough to cut through my shed's siding and plywood wall. I had to use my 4ah battery, which was bought separately. Great combo kit.
