Neat little frame
I have been using this digital frame for about a month now, and I think it is fantastic for the price. Being my first digital frame, I find the quality of the display as well as the brightness to be fantastic. There is also a sleep feature where the frame will turn off when you choose, and come back on at a set time which is great since I like to keep the room it is in dark for sleeping. Additionally, you can adjust the time that an image is displayed for, so you can have a slideshow playing with a new picture displayed every few seconds, minutes, or day! There is also a respectable speaker on the frame where you can hear audio play from your uploaded videos if you choose. (can disable audio entirely, or choose to only play sound if you tap the screen instead) The app is also wonderful, and I find it easy to add pictures and video to the frame. The only thing to keep in mind is you have to upload videos to the frame one at a time if you aren't using an external memory card, so I find it helpful to first add all desired photos to the frame, then work on the videos on-by-one. A few quirks to mention though: First, I have had two occasions where when trying to add new pictures, I would get an error and discover that the frame has lost connection to wifi, even though it is showing as connected. Both times, I found a simple restart of the frame will resolve the issue and the photos can be sent over as usual through the app. Another thing I have experienced is an issue with the internal storage space. I noticed a few other folks had the same issue. The frame comes with a 16gb memory - plenty for hundreds of photos and videos. However, I noticed a few weeks ago that large amounts of space were suddenly being consumed, even though I only had about 50mb of photos and 200mb of video on the frame. I discovered there is a "system" file that had grown to a whopping 8gb of space for some reason over a week. Jump a few more weeks to today where I tried adding a few pictures and was told there was no more space! Now the system file had grown to 15.75gb! Interestingly, I discovered that if I restart the frame, this 'system' file will shrink by about 3gb. I restarted a few more times, and it continued to shrink back down to just 6gb. I also disabled the 'automatic updates' from the settings menu of the frame, as I'm thinking the frame may just be storing update files and not getting rid of them until a restart. Anyhow, try a restart if you find your space has vanished. Overall, i'm still very happy with the frame, and for the price it's a great way to view all those pictures that you probably wouldn't dig out on your phone to view anyways. Might as well toss them into this frame for you to enjoy all year round!

Great gift for my parents
Unit was only $60 so I was concerned when other similar looking products cost more than double. I decided to set it up before giving it to my parents to make sure it functioned well and was easy to use. Set up was simple as you really only need to connect it to WiFi and it's mostly done from there. Setting up Uhale on my phone was simple enough and now I can easily send them photos of my kids. I taught them how to invite others to send them photos as well. There's a boatload of display options that are easy to navigate but unnecessary for most people. I did most of that work for them along with setting a sleep schedule on it. There are other features such as storing and uploading photos on an SD card, but the included storage is more than enough for them. The screen itself is pretty great for the price, but it's definitely not an iPad screen, nor does it have to be. Don't let the cheap price fool you, this is a good frame. My parents love it. Can't speak for long term durability, but it's a cheap enough Chinese product that I'd be happy with if it lasted a few years before being replaced.

Nice frame, good company!
I had purchased this item as a gift three times; the frames always worked well, the picture display was great, and the frames were thoroughly enjoyed by the recipients! I then bought one for myself but mine simply stopped working for no apparent reason, unfortunately two weeks after the Amazon return window. I emailed the manufacturer and was pleasantly surprised by the timely response, resulting in a full refund! Great customer service!

Safe keeping memories
It’s beautiful and sleek, the mirror concept with the clock and ability to option the temperature makes it a 10/10 for me. The set up was easy to do using my phone which has tons of photos. I received this as a gift and I love it. The price at Christmas made it cost invaluable due to the economy. I would order another but now the price has doubled.
