Over the years, I've tried all sorts of vacuum cleaners—automatic, handheld. But the DREAME L40 Ultra Gen 2 has truly transformed my home. Its suction power of up to 25,000Pa sounds incredible, but it effortlessly picks up dust, debris, and pet hair from hard floors and carpets. The retractable side brushes and mop pads clean corners better than most robot vacuums, leaving the whole house feeling cleaner. What I love most is its self-cleaning base. It automatically empties the dustbin, washes and dries the mop pad, preparing it for the next cleaning—I hardly have to worry about it. The companion app is also simple and easy to use, allowing you to set cleaning schedules and control the system, and it supports Alexa, Siri, and Google Home. You can view 2D or 3D cleaning maps and set daily cleaning schedules. It can also heat water for hot water mopping, a thoughtful feature. After a few days, there was practically no hair left on the floors. And unlike other models, it doesn't get tangled in hair or debris, which is a huge improvement. Installation is incredibly simple: remove it from the box, assemble the base, plug it in, fill the water tank, and press the start button. After cleaning, it automatically returns to the charging dock and sucks everything into the dustbin. I only need to clean it every few days. In short, it's smart, reliable, and requires minimal manual operation most of the time. It saves me a lot of time and effort and is truly excellent. Highly recommended!

Smart, powerful, and genuinely makes daily life easier

I bought this robot vacuum recently and have been using it for several days now. So far, I’m really impressed. It is smart, powerful, and very convenient for daily cleaning. The biggest highlight for me is how well it avoids obstacles. It can recognize and move around things in the house automatically, so I don’t have to constantly watch it or move everything out of the way before starting a cleaning session. That makes it feel much more worry-free compared with other cleaning tools. The suction power is also very strong. For everyday floor cleaning, I honestly feel like it does an excellent job, even compared with my Dyson handheld vacuum. It picks up dust and debris well, and the cleaning result has been very satisfying. Another feature I really appreciate is the scheduling. I can set it to clean automatically every day, and it just takes care of the floors by itself. This has saved a lot of time and effort for both me and my wife. After using it, I feel like a good robot vacuum is almost as important as a dishwasher. It reduces a lot of daily housework and gives us more time to focus on work, hobbies, entertainment, and family life. It has quickly become a useful companion in our home. I have only used it for several days, so I can’t speak to long-term durability yet, but my first impression is very positive. Pretty solid upgrade from my old robot vacuum

I bought this robot vacuum to replace an older one I had, and after using it for about a month, I’d say it’s been working pretty well overall. When I first got it, one thing I noticed was that it’s a bit on the larger side, so it does take up some space. Setup was pretty simple though, and once it got going, it just kind of did its thing without me having to babysit it. The suction is definitely strong enough for everyday dust and pet hair. I’ve used it on both hard floors and carpet, and it handled both without any issues. The mopping feature is new to me since my old robot didn’t have it. I’d say the results are about what I expected, it’s great for maintaining daily cleanliness, but for tougher stains it’s still not quite the same as scrubbing by hand. For regular upkeep though, it does the job just fine. The corner cleaning has actually been a nice surprise. It will go under furniture and use the side brush to get dust out of corners, which used to be something I had to do myself. Now I barely have to think about it. So far, both my family and I are pretty happy with it. We haven’t run into any major issues. It does a good job avoiding objects around the house, although there were a couple of times where its path looked a bit random to me. Still, most of the time it’s quietly doing its job and saving us a lot of time on cleaning.

Best robot vacuum I've used — edge cleaning is a game changer

This is my 4th robot vacuum, and easily the best so far. Suction (25,000Pa) is no joke. Deep carpet, cat hair, crumbs in corners — one pass and it's gone. My old one needed two or three passes. The extending side brush and mop actually work. No more dust lines along the baseboards. It cleans around chair legs and corners better than any robot I've tried. The all-in-one dock self-empties, washes the mop, and hot air dries. I empty the dust bag once a week and never touch a wet mop pad. It's truly hands-off. App and voice control work smoothly. I can start a cleaning run from anywhere. Yes, it's loud on max suction — but I run it when I'm not home or while sleeping. Not an issue for me. Bottom line: If you want a robot that actually cleans edges, handles carpets, and requires almost no daily maintenance, buy this one. Worth every penny
