The best robot vacuum out of any I’ve used
I might call myself a hairy animal, and my long haired dog is too. Between the two of us, we make life hard for vacuums. This robot has been handling our hairballs really well with little maintenance. My last robot vacuum required constant babysitting actually. This is my 3rd robot vacuum, all different brands - though I will come back to this brand next time. My last vacuum would struggle with obstacles, bump into furniture, and get itself stuck - and there was detangling hair off the roller brush…. It was so much work. This robot is such a substantial upgrade! It has none of those problems! Further, it marks obstacles on the app map, and it’ll even take pictures of them. Pretty cool. It only struggled with a wire fly swatter so far - it avoids power cables, shoes, and other tricky items very well though. It’s very agile at moving around tight places and obstacles. I can see the AI features at work in this robot too: we have custom rugs that the robot has struggled getting over/around. At first, it kept sitting at the edge on the rug like it was thinking. It eventually charged over the rug’s edge like going overland, bumping around like a land crawler moving fast, ha. The next time, it identified a potential doorway, found it closed, and immediately returned for some quick off-roading across the custom rugs again. It’s getting faster at this decision process each time, which is impressive. The 3 types of mops are pretty genius. You don’t have to touch them either -the mop changes them and puts them on as needed - a brilliant concept! Also, if it’s just vacuuming it leaves the mops off - again, brilliant! No wet mops dragged around carpets! The app was very easy to install and set up, and the vacuum was very well protected in its box, and was pretty close to a plug and play situation, with only a little water, soap, and tape removal required. It does use cameras in combination with lidar, and the brand is Chinese - all robot vacuum companies are Chinese though, at least that’s what my modest research has found. I figure it’s a risk I’m willing to take for this level of cleanliness, but it’s probably a fair point as an FYI for those considering ANY robot vacuum generally. For the money and having studied this market quite a bit, this robot has amazing value and so many genius features that I’d definitely recommend it!!!

Absolutely Obsessed — Smart, Powerful, and Worth the Investment
I am honestly obsessed with this robot vacuum. It does just about everything you could want a robot vacuum and mop to do, and you can tell a lot of thought went into both the hardware and the app experience. From setup to everyday use, everything feels very polished and well designed. The app is extremely easy to use and one of my favorite parts of the entire system. I love being able to watch the vacuum move across the map in real time and see exactly where it has cleaned and how it plotted its route. It makes the cleaning process feel surprisingly satisfying and gives a lot more confidence that areas are actually being covered thoroughly. The mapping and navigation overall are very impressive. One thing that really surprised me is how quiet this vacuum is compared to older robot vacuums I’ve owned. My previous version was so loud and annoying that I honestly avoided using it sometimes because the noise bothered me so much. This one is dramatically better and much more pleasant to have running in the background while you’re home. That alone has made me use it far more often. The suction power is excellent, the mop features are incredibly convenient, and the self-cleaning functionality makes maintenance so much easier than older robot vacuums I’ve used. I also appreciate how thoughtfully designed the dock system is with all of the different cleaning solution and mop management features. It really feels like a high-end, premium appliance rather than just a basic robot vacuum. It does struggle a little bit with extremely tight corners or very specific edge areas, but honestly I can completely overlook that considering how many things this vacuum does well. The convenience factor alone has been a huge upgrade for our house. Even though this is definitely an expensive purchase, I genuinely think it’s worth it if you want a high-performing robot vacuum and mop system. Huge fan of this machine and I would highly recommend it.

This device is specifically designed for our main level of the house. The main level is where most of our animals reside, and it also houses the kitchen, mudroom, laundry room, foyer, dining room, living room, and family room. All high-traffic areas, which is why this device is used there. It has all the specific features that work seamlessly with each room. With multiple rooms, each has its own unique flooring. This particular device features a multi-mop switch. It automatically returns to the dock and switches pads for the specific room. Additionally, it has three solution compartments for convenient automatic mixing. This device also features an extendable side brush and an outward-swinging mop, which are incredibly effective at removing animal fur and sanitizing floors. The suction power of these devices is remarkable. However, the standout feature is the HyperStream detangling DuoBrush, which excels at managing heavy debris and hair. I never have to worry about my long hair or any animal fur getting tangled in the brush. When I’m ready to use the device, I set it up according to my preferences. I usually pick up the rugs in the rooms that will be cleaned. Then, I use the app to let the device clean while I’m out running errands. Once the cleaning is complete, the device returns to the dock and undergoes sterilization at the high-temperature hot water. It’s also dried with hot air. Overall, this is my favorite because of its multiple features. However, it also cleans our floors the best, especially after days of rain when the animals track mud into the house. This DREAME Matrix10 Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop is a bit pricey, but since it’s from a reputable brand, I understand that I’ll have to pay a bit more for the quality.
