Good quality and function at an economical price.
This is going to be a picky review. First off it is as advertised. It is a fine Dutch oven. I bought it because it was the least expensive. It is larger than I would have liked to bake one loaf of sour dough bread. But it baked the bread just fine. It had even heat and browning. It’s heavy, of course, it is cast iron. I think I personally prefer straight cast iron without the enamel. I purchased a white one, because it had the biggest discount. I roasted a chicken in it. It was the perfect size for one average chicken. It’s not the prettiest, but it functions absolutely fine.

Love this Oval Dutch oven for my sourdough bread! Impressed with the quality, it is easy to use and putting the lid on and off isn’t difficult, I love the side handles to lift lid off, much easier and less chance of burning yourself (been there done that with a different brand that had handle on top). Heat distribution seems very even and with using parchment paper on bottom cleanup’s a breeze! This one is a keeper, durable and will last a long time if you take good care of it!

Amazing for sourdough making! This is designed for dough that is in an oval shape, but you can also use it for one that is circular. It does an amazing job in baking my sourdough! It takes me 30min with lid to steam the dough! The lid is easy to remove as it has handles. The Cast is heavy as it should, the enamel finish is beautiful!

Very Nice Dutch Oven Perfect for Sourdough loaves! Easy to clean!
It's heavy, but it's cast iron so it would be. I use it to bake Sourdough bread and it's enameled coating mean no rust, easy to clean, esay to use and no seasoning required. The lid fits very well and if you put another pan on the shelf below it, your bread bottom will not burn!
