I was so excited to receive this product and I was not disappointed. I have upper back & neck soreness at times and this heating pad was exactly what I needed to soothe the soreness. Very comfortable to wear on your back & neck, soft material, heats up immediately, instructions for operating & care very easy to read and understand. There are 6 levels of temperature and 3 timer modes = 30 minutes; 60 minutes; 90 minutes. The cord is good length too. The box states “YourDaily Ritual Of Calm, Comfort, And Care” and this is the perfect statement for the product. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
