Good substitute when your big oven dies
I am so glad that these types of air fryer ovens exist because my big dual fan convertible convection oven's fans make horrible noise & I can't turn the fans off completely -- & I can't afford the upfront repairman fee to get him to look at it or the parts with tariffs (I am in a more rural area & apparently there's only one guy who works on the brand I have & I have multiple appliances that need repair). Thankfully, Amazon, payment plans & Emeril Legasse Air Fryer Ovens exist! I wanted to get an appliance that worked similarly to my big oven & was big enough to bake, roast, etc. It's obviously smaller than my big oven, but it's much more versatile than the small drawer/basket type of air fryer. I have never used an air fryer or toaster oven, so I did a bit of reading & comparing before I purchased & of course, measured my counter spaces to make sure I could use it in my kitchen. I also purchased a silicone counter protector mat & some extra accessories before I started using it. I have had it for almost a month now & really do like it. I was so excited to make something in an oven after a couple weeks of stovetop meals only. It is very easy to use, but keep in mind that this air fryer oven isn't exactly the same as a full size convection oven. Read the instructions. The Dual Zone does have a high heat level inside & the outside does get hot on all sides. Protect your countertop, wall & the underside of any cabinets above it. Don't push it up against the wall or put it in an enclosed space. The oven has quite a few different settings & you can adjust the temperature & timer on them. The functionality of the air fryer is great, as are the other settings I have used so far. I haven't used all of the features or baked/roasted everything I normally make yet, but I have seen excellent results in the items I have made so far. The air fryer works extremely well. I don't like frozen fries baked in a standard oven or my big convection oven (only fried in oil), but this air fryer does a great job! I use the basket with a pan with a silicone baking mat in a slot under it to catch any oil drips. I prefer the crispy fast food fries, but my son has also had a variety of other fry shapes & onion rings come out crispy too. The frozen fish didn't have any holes in the batter to drain excess moisture, so they did get mushy inside on air fry, so I will try bake next time or poke holes in the batter (that happens in my big convection oven sometimes too. The rising crust frozen pizza even rose in the middle when using the pizza setting! My big oven rarely gets the crust to actually rise, let alone in the middle. I am not a frozen pizza fan because the middle doesn't like to bake right, but the Dual Zone did an excellent job! I used a metal pizza pan - I haven't tried a pizza stone yet. I used the bake setting & a pizza pan with crisper holes to heat up crunchy hard shells for tacos several times & they were great too. I ordered a new 9x13" pan for brownies & to roast meat since my old pans are a little bit too big - I am sure they will turn out great too (I will update if they don't). I usually do a lot of foil packet baking, but haven't tried it yet - I did verify that parchment & foil packet baking is ok as long as they don't touch any heat elements. I usually make bone-in chicken thighs in a covered casserole in my big oven, but haven't tried it yet in the Dual Zone. I did confirm that you can use casserole dishes, stoneware, cast iron, etc (I watched several of Emeril's shopping network videos to get information right from the source). My stoneware & glass covered casserole dishes are 25+ years old, so I am a little worried about the hotter heat but will eventually use them as cooler weather sets in. I chose the Dual Zone option because my big convection oven is convertible from one big oven to two smaller ovens with dual controls & I like the option of being able to put in the divjder & use different settings for each zone. I haven't used the dual zone feature yet, but will probably use it often as I use my divider in the big oven 90% of the time. The Emeril Legasse Dual Zone Air Fryer Oven is a nice looking appliance - a bit bigger than some countertop appliances, but that's what I was specifically looking for. It has a good size interior & will accommodate pans up to the 14" x11.5" or so interior size. Mine came with the rotisserie set & removing tool, the divider, two small nonstick trays, two small baskets, a small grill pan, a large nonstick tray, a large rack, instructions & a cookbook. You can buy accessories from the Emeril Legasse website or on Amazon. I did buy some extra pans, racks & baskets that are specifically designed for the Emeril Legasse Dual Zone 360 25 quart Air Fryer Oven too --- make sure any accessories you buy are specifically designed for the Dual Zone 25 quart oven, the other Emeril French Door oven or his other designs aren't the same size. I like to use silicone baking mats, so I bought a few black ones in the accessories that are rigid initially but will soften with use/washing & I got a roll of the silicone liner to cut to size/shape that's got a bit of a sticky grip to hold it in place - I would recommend a darker color because my white ones are great but the onion ring juices did stain the white surface a little (I don't care about the stain, but some might). I have used liners in the crumb tray & in a pan under the basket - I want to keep the inside as clean as possible. I also had to buy a straight sided 9x13" cake pan because my old ones have rims/handles that make them too big. I do have many old pans/baking dishes that do fit inside the Dual Zone. Originally, I wanted a countertop oven that all of my old pans would fit in & that was basically a small convection oven - price changed my mind, but I am glad because I do like the Emeril Legasse Dual Zone 360 Air Fryer Oven. I have ordered some self adhesive heat shield to put under my upper wood cabinets because the back oven vents aim upwards & the underside, inside bottom & inside (if the door is shut) do get quite hot when the oven is on. I started with the Dual Zone next to my stove where the upper cabinets are lower - I will move it to the other side of the kitchen to the upper cabinets that are higher after rearranging & installing the heat shield. I probably won't need the heat shield as much when the upper cabinets are at over the recommended 6 inch clearance, but I want to be safe with thr wooden cabinets. I had hoped to put it on a small table/cart without cabinets over it, but my plugin there is only 2-prong & it needs the grounding prong. I don't have an extension cord that's rated for the oven & the cord is short to help prevent accidents, so make sure you have a nearby plug-in for placement. I didn't think about the upper cabinets before I started using it, but it's a fairly easy & inexpensive fix. Make sure you burn off any manufacturing residue before you use the oven. Set the oven for 400°F for 15 minutes with nothing inside (except the empty crumb tray), then let it cool completely. It's ready to use after that. Also, preheat the pans/baskets/racks according to the manufacturer instructions. The accessories I bought specified to preheat the Air Fryer Oven to 300°F for 5 minutes, put in the pans/racks/baskets in for 10 minutes. Overall, I am glad I chose the Emeril Legasse Dual Zone 360 25 Quart Air Fryer Oven. I have used it every day (sometimes multiple times a day) since I opened it. I didn't notice how much I used my big oven until I couldn't turn it on. The Dual Zone is definitely the right choice for my needs.

Solid and well built; you can feel and see its top quality right out of the box.
Compared to others on the market this Emeril Lagasse Dual Zone 360 Air Fryer Oven is solid and well built; you can feel and see its top quality right out of the box. Very easy to use once I read the manual. Beware: It did not come with the grill plate even when the listing does say grill plate is web exclusive. An assumption is web exclusive means on Amazon site. Why even mention it if it’s not included? Emeril Lagasse has a web site where you can purchase the gril plate, large crisper pan and other accessories. The only negative is the rotisserie did not work with a 4 lb chicken because its roundness (OD) was too big and would rub on the pan causing the rotisserie spit to pop out at one end. I purchased some meat netting which I will put on the chicken next time to see if the netting will help tighten the chicken’s roundness. If your looking for a family size Rotisserie for a 12 lb turkey, large chicken or two chickens, prime rib, ham etc. then look at the Ronco ST5000PLAT Digital Showtime Rotisserie, Platinum Edition found on Amazon. I have one and it’s great but for your smaller quick meals then this Emeril Lagasse Dual Zone 360 Air Fryer Oven is great as it will do everything you need. I love that it is dual zone. I suggest reading all its advantages and watching videos. You will need to plug this in on a dedicated electrical outlet because it uses 1750 watts and 14.58 amps. Note: I did a temperature test on my Emeril Lagasse Dual Zone 360 Air Fryer Oven and it passed. Always test your oven temperature for accuracy with a digital thermometer because even when it says 400 degrees it may be only 325 degrees. I say this from experience. I tested two Kalorik MAXX air fryers and both of them had temperatures which fluctuated and were way off the mark.

Works So Good - Easy to Work, Revives Leftovers to Taste Brand New & Addictive to Use!
We’ve waited years to find a good air fryer. We’ve done so much research and investigated all the brands from store to the products usage over time. I was surprised that this Emeril endorsed air fryer was top of the list! Typically I don’t trust products in the mechanical side such as kitchenware to a celebrity endorsement. In my experience they are awful! But this has been so cool to have-we’ve become teenagers having fun seeing what we can cook or reheat just to see how well it does! According to the information it is an energy efficient product better than others. While it’s “air frying” , I understand that a big complaint from consumers is the noise during use. But this one - while having the necessary level of noise any machine would have while cooking - is lower than I had thought! Thats a huge plus! Our daughter-in-laws beeps, tones, etc all during its use. While staying there, it drive us crazy! Oh my gif! Let me tell you about how good the food tastes when it’s done!! I put some French fries that had gone cold in the car before I was able to eat them. Rather than be pissed off, I was excited to test the air fryer setting that can make these lifeless French fries back to how they were previously: fresh and crunchy. Let me tell you: they were not only revived to have that satisfying crunch but the flavor was just so good!! It brought back the soggy fries and dried up the sogginess while making it so much better than before! I’m addicted to experimenting with this machine! Love, LOVE it!

Revolutionizing Cooking with Emeril Endorsed Air Fryer
I finally found the perfect air fryer after years of searching and comparing different brands. Surprisingly, the Emeril endorsed air fryer exceeded all expectations and turned out to be a top contender. Despite initial skepticism about celebrity endorsements for kitchen appliances, this air fryer has been an absolute delight to use. It has transformed our cooking experience, making it enjoyable to whip up meals and reheat dishes just to witness its exceptional performance. One standout feature is its energy efficiency, outshining other similar products on the market. While some air fryers are notorious for being noisy during operation, this one operates at a pleasantly lower noise level than anticipated. This quiet operation is a huge bonus, especially compared to other disruptive kitchen appliances. The real magic happens when you taste the food cooked in this air fryer. I tried reviving cold, soggy French fries, and to my amazement, they turned out fresh, crunchy, and bursting with flavor. The air fryer not only restored the fries' texture but also enhanced their taste, making them even better than before. Experimenting with different recipes has become a delightful addiction, and I highly recommend this amazing air fryer!
