A profound read for all ages! ✨
I originally found Sam Demma on Instagram and was instantly drawn to his posts by his authentic and genuine level of compassion and kind-hearted nature, juxtaposed his humble confidence. It was there that I learned he wrote Empty Your Backpack. And although there were many points while reading this book that I felt like he was speaking directly to my son (almost like he wrote it for him, with so many similarities in life experiences and interests) as a 46 year old mom there were still so many takeaways for me that I have applied to my adult life and that I found so profound. This book is so well written and an easy read for all ages. I personally listened to it on the Audible app which has the added bonus of having him be the reader. It’s inspiring and uplifting and felt like a well needed light, especially for those searching for guidance and struggling with decisions or limiting beliefs. I absolutely love the positive mindset and how he relates to his audience through the many life experiences he illustrates. It was my number holiday gift this year!! I have even since tried to advocate for him to be a guest speaker at my son’s school once I learned he is also a keynote speaker that tours regularly to schools all over the country. Don't wait! This is a definite must-read!! You’ll thank me later ;)

Be Someone's Taco...
This book is more than a traditional motivational book. The way Sam narrates the book in the audiobook version is as if you have him right in front of you, talking to you. Empty your back is a guide that helps you to reconnect with your essence and your dreams. There is a roller-coaster of emotions that allows you to reconnect with the child inside you, lives the present, and dreams again about the future. This book reconnects you with your purpose in life, or at least shows you that this purpose does not have to be something bigger like save the world, but every consistent action approaches you to that. Also, with life experience, show you how kindness opens doors that you never imagined. Once you start reading it, you can't stop. Go, buy and read the book, and I am sure, if you are open to learn and listen, this book will give you a new perspective about kindness, work, your dreams, and goals. A new perspective about life itself. doesn't matter how old or young you are. Empty your backpack is open to everyone who wants to bring kindness to the world and reconnect with yourself. I will end this review with this question... What small consistent actions are you doing to reach your goals or bring kindness to the world? Enjoy it

Lighten Your Load, Live with Purpose
I recently read Empty Your Backpack by Sam Demma, and it truly left an impact on me. This isn’t just another self-help book; it’s a practical and inspiring guide for anyone looking to grow personally and live with more intention. What stood out most is how relatable and actionable the content is. Sam does an excellent job breaking down complex ideas about mindset, beliefs, and purpose into simple, easy-to-understand concepts. The “backpack” metaphor is powerful, it really makes you reflect on the mental and emotional baggage you’re carrying and challenges you to let go of what’s holding you back. The emphasis on consistent action is what makes this book different. It’s not just about thinking positively, it’s about doing the work every single day. The exercises and reflections throughout the book make it interactive and help you apply what you’re learning immediately. Overall, this is a motivating and empowering read that encourages self-awareness, discipline, and growth. Whether you’re feeling stuck or just want to level up your life, this book is absolutely worth your time. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to create a more meaningful and purpose-driven life.

Inspiration, With a Plan!
I read “Empty Your Backpack” in one sitting, breaking only halfway through to send Sam a note on how impressed I was with what I read so far. I found it inspirational, yet it doesn’t just intend to inspire its readers, it offers a plan on how to succeed. “Empty Your Backpack” first teaches us, as the title says, to empty our backpack of all of the noise we receive from outside ourselves, all the negativity meant to limit our imagination and individuality. To look inside and see ourselves for who we are, what our dreams are and take the path that we create, and not the one society has laid out for us and everyone else. Sam also delivers a plan to live by. Setting measurable goals with deadlines, recognizing that our failures only offer proof of our humanity, and that perseverance and commitment to our projects, and the patience to see them through is the process which will lead you to success. Small Consistent Actions. It’s the “Just Keep Swimming....” of “Empty Your Backpack” . If you commit to Small, Consistent Actions, and don’t give up, you will get to where you want to be. Thank you Sam
