Epsom salts are great in a hot bath. If you have sore muscles the combination of the heat and the salts really works wonders in softening the muscles and helping the soreness. These little jars have both Epsom Salts and pleasant scents to make a most relaxing bath. Love ‘em.

I like these salts. I wish I could get them without being in big gift box with difficult to remove the jars with glue stuff especially and not being able to get it off of the jar completely.
