**Update: Extremely Satisfied!
**Update** I returned the item and it came back as it should me. All items were inside and the shipping was undamaged. My mom loves this and has told me she is excited to fill her pills now! Its her new bedside attraction. Very pleased with how this company handled the situation, very quickly and perfectly! I was really looking forward to using this EziMedPil 14-Day Dispenser, but my experience has been very poor. The box arrived slightly crushed, and upon opening it, I realized several of the most important pieces were missing. Major issues with this order: Missing Functional Components: The special sliding bowl that the pills are supposed to drop into was completely absent. Without this, the "one-press" dispensing system doesn't work as intended. Missing Accessories: The wall mount and glass-sticking hardware were also missing, along with what appeared to be a rod or tweezers mentioned in the description. Zero Documentation: There were no instructions and no labels included. For a medical organizer, having clear setup guides and stickers for days/weeks is essential for safety and organization. Poor Quality Control: Receiving an "all-in-one" kit that is missing nearly half the advertised parts is unacceptable. This could have been a great, space-saving tool for my supplements, but as it stands, it is unusable. I would recommend looking for a more reliable alternative until their quality control improves! It appears as though I might have been sent a return, but I did put in for a replacement return so we will see about the new replacement!

My parents are getting to the age where they needs meds at least once a day. Keeping track of them was turning into much more of an ordeal than taking the medication itself. I ordered this and filled it up with their meds at the times they needed to take them. The good thing is that this is not super small but not bulky either. Its a bright color so putting it on the kitchen counter does not make it stick out. Since I put that there, its super simple for my parents to use. They walk by, click the button, the medicine for them comes out, they take it and done. No need to think about it. If they forgot if they took the medication, they just look at the labels and its pretty obvious. I think for a piece of mind, this is extremely cost efficient, its very good quality and it makes organization and management of medication and timing stress free. If you or anyone you know needs something like this, this is the one you need to order.
