This is the second brand of pill dispenser that I've tried and I must say, I'm impressed with this one! It makes taking my medication so much simpler. The dispenser is easy to load and the medication is easy to access. The date dial for this brand is slim and clear of the compartments. You can easily see how many pills remain. At first I wasn't certain about the key lock because I don't have children in the household and the key took a second to line up correctly. However, once it's set up, I love that it doesn't accidentally pop open and spill everything. Accessing the pills at the prescribed time is easy. One of the biggest benefits is knowing that medication dispenses only at the scheduled time. This prevents missed doses or the uncertainty of whether I already took my medication. The scheduled reminders are loud enough to be noticed without being overwhelming. If you want it to silently advance to the next pills at the right time, it can do that also. The app. is straightforward and easy to read and use. It's simple and visually appealing. I will update if I come across any problems or bugs but so far it's working well. (Here's a screenshot). Overall, this is an excellent investment for improving medication adherence and reducing stress for both the user and caregivers. The build quality feels solid, and I love the rechargeable battery rather than disposable ones. After the initial setup, daily use is very straightforward. This EMP EZIMEDPIL WiFi Automatic Pill Dispenser with Remote Monitoring via App is easy to use, easy to program and works well. It comes with the automatic pill dispenser, 9 dosage rings, 2 security keys, pill tweezers, charger, rechargeable battery, user manual quick start guide and wifi pairing quick start guide. I found it very easy to set up, set the time, alarm, alarm volume and tone, securing the medications and connecting to the iDispenser app. I was concerned that it would be difficult but it was very easy. This is great for caregivers, seniors, teenagers or for anyone that needs to have their medications tracked to ensure compliance. This would have been great for my mother when she was in her early stages of dementia and we needed someone to go to her house daily to make sure that her medications were laid out and taken. What a great tool for those that need to monitor medications. When the alarm goes off the pill dispenser says “it is time for your medication” and it does not stop until medications are removed from the dispenser. I let it go for 17 minutes curious about whether it would stop but it didn’t. The alarm would sound and it would repeat “it’s time for your medications”. It only stopped when I opened the door and removed the medication. It then said “thank you”. 5 stars!

The 28-day organizer is also very convenient because it holds a lot and helps keep everything planned out. The alarm system is good, with sound and light reminders, plus up to 9 custom alarms. I personally do not need the alarm feature as much, but I can absolutely see how helpful it would be for someone who needs reminders throughout the day. For me, the biggest problem is remembering when I last took something—or wondering if I actually took it at all. This dispenser solves that problem for me.
