Perfect size for notetaking
Bought these for my kids to take notes on, because they fit on a school desk next to a computer. I ended up loving them too. Good quality. The cover is sturdy and easy to label with a sharpie. The pages are printed from top to bottom with no wasted header space. Will fit a whole subjects highlights for the year to make studying for finals easier. The stitching is uniform and blends well with the dark green color. I love the feature of its size. You can use this notebook as a bookmark in textbooks. Leave the notebook open to the page you need and tuck it sideways into the textbook. Could also use it to take notes alongside literature books. So many possibilities.

Nice A5 size refills
I have the Lochby Field Journal and like to have different journal books for different subjects and these fill the bill. They fit perfectly in my Lochby. The paper is decent but does bleed a little depending on the pen and ink used, not a big deal though. Each book has a decent amount of pages. I cannot speak to the durability of these as I have not had them long enough, though I will say the front and back covers are fine with a journal cover like the Lochby or other but not sure how they would hold up on their own. A small grip with these is that the manufacturer waists the first page by lashings logo on it. (Very small grip)

surprisingly good paper for the price
This is a good affordable soft cover A5 journal. I use it with a fountain pen and the paper hold up well without ink bleeding trough. I use a fine or extra fine nib with this paper so I can write small, but if you use a medium or broad nib or any other pen that uses a large volume of ink, then you might get some bleeding or ghosting, but generally its very good quality.
