Rubber feet was missing.
Rubber feet were missing from the file organizer when received. I contacted Fellowes through customer service on their website. I received a response almost immediately saying they would send the missing feet on the next business day. So I am satisfied. The desk top file folder organizer is a perfect fit for my needs.

I have these everywhere in my classroom and they work great for file folders, papers, clipboards, just whatever you need. Sturdy and great value for the price. Nothing fancy but a great product!
