A "Book Snob’s" Approval: High Quality & Traditional Aesthetic
The reason I bought this case was for the hand strap. The way in which I would hold my 11th Gen Paperwhite would often lead to me accidentally hitting the button and turning the screen off mid chapter... which was so frustrating. As a collector of high-end, leather-bound books (insert Ron Burgundy joke here), I am admittedly a "book snob." I love the texture, scent, and page-feel of a physical book over any digital device. However, I really appreciate being able to lug around 80,000 books with ease, so I have a Kindle. The highlights: Superior Quality: I originally bought the name-brand Amazon cover, but this Fintie case is significantly better quality at a much better price point. The Aesthetic: The "Vintage Brown" has a classic, sophisticated look that makes the Kindle feel less like a sterile piece of tech and more like a traditional volume. It’s the closest approximation to a "real book" feel I’ve found yet. Ergonomics: The built-in stand is sturdy and perfect for hands-free reading, and the hand strap is a game-changer for long reading sessions. It adds just the right amount of "heft" and grip. Functionality: The auto wake/sleep works flawlessly, and the fit is precise for the newer 6.8"/7" models. Added Utility: It even has a slot for a credit card or ID if you’re taking your Kindle to a coffee shop and want to travel light. If you’re like me and only use a Kindle for the convenience of carrying thousands of books at once, this case makes that experience much more tactile and enjoyable. It allows me to save the wear and tear on my physical paperbacks and hardcovers while still enjoying a premium feel. Highly recommended.

I'm so impressed with this case!
For ~$13 I wasn't expecting much tbh. I liked that it looked like a leather book but wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it is. The etching in the leather is nice and clear, not shallow or printed, the hand strap is tight so yo don't get a lot of slop trying to hold it, and the added stand is a bonus. I realize that the leather isn't real, but I can honestly say I had to double check because it actually smells like real leather! It also fits the kindle nicely, so there's not sliding around. The seams are all well sewn, I mean for $13, this is much higher quality that I could have expected. If you didn't already realize, a folio case is going to make your kindle bigger and bulkier, but I would say this one is as trimmed down as you could possibly want. Anything less would defeat the purpose of having a case. I do like the case and color but know that it's that smooth leather so if you were just sitting it on your lap while in a car or something and not holding it, it would slide right off as soon as there was any movement. I would say anyone wanting a leather book case can't go wrong with this. Also not being actual leather, it's lighter than a real leather case would be. It might not seem like it, but the ounces add up in a purse!

I bought this because I wanted a case for my Kindle that would be comfortable to hold, as well as have a stand. This case hit it out of the park. It looks fantastic in my opinion, and it's very comfortable to hold, much better than some of Amazon's cases. You can hold it by the attached strap, or it has a stand that is in the back. The Kindle fits well though not perfect. Overall, good value if you want a nice, classically styled case.

I’m obsessed with this case! I literally bought a kindle so I could have this case. It didn’t come in the tablet size I had. It’s so cute, easy to hold. Love propping my book up or just using the little handle. Keeps my tablet safe because let’s be honest, I am clumsy and drop it a lot. 1000/10 recommend! The Dino chicken nuggets are elite.
