Quite a machine!
I couldn't figure out why the delivery guy was struggling up the stairs with a box the size of a child, so be prepared. After dragging out the various pieces it felt a little overwhelming, and I hate to say the instructions aren't the best, but if you follow the Quickstart guide (attached to the controller) it's easier. After that: bliss! So this is my first full upper body massager and I don't have anything identical to compare. But it's totally different than a store chair massage, which is typically vibration with heat. This is heat with some serious kneading!! The main setup is choosing between the two neck attachments. The more gentle one immediately relaxes me (guessing it gently touches the vagus nerve in my neck), but the deep massage attachment reaches the upper neck at the base of your skull - the area which kicks off headaches when it's junked up - so I use both. Ok, user notes: A warning first, it's heavy. 10 lbs all together and the deep neck massager is 2.5 lbs on its own. Don't let it slip off onto your feet! It comes with several user conveniences oddly not mentioned in instructions, such as a holder on the side to store the controller; a velcro strap to anchor the massager to the chair (do this!), and, thoughtfully, an extra neck cover (they zipper off so you can wash one while using the other). The number of options offered is amazing, though it does take a minute of fooling around to get acquainted with the controller. Btw, changing direction of the neck massage surprisingly makes a big difference. It says it fits people 6'2" to 5'3". I'm 5'2". They kindly recognize shorter people exist and add a booster pad, but it's not enough (for me) so I'm using my own chair pad. This works fine too. Overall, finding the best height/positioning takes awhile (you adjust by repositioning the velcro on the neck piece and/or changing the height of any booster pads), and I have a feeling taller people will have an easier time getting the "perfect" setup. The only negative I can call out is it's hard to get my lower back and my neck done "well" at the same time/positioning, e.g., to get your neck done you have to obviously lean your head back into the machine, but that lifts your lower back away from the machine. It could be my shortness, or maybe I don't have enough curvature (lordosis) to have both my lower back & neck up against the chair at the same time. No worries, I just do two different 20' sets since it automatically shuts off at 20'. 5 stars. It's one serious machine.

This is a really great product. I had purchased an earlier model about 6 months ago and absolutely could not believe how great it made my back and neck feel. My wife and I had to arrange a schedule so we could each use it multiple times a day. I finally decided to get a second one to avoid this issue. The new model is even better! It is easy to set up and delivered quickly. The improved model has a choice of 2 interchangeable neck massagers. One for strong deep massage and the new one for gentle massage. It offers controls to turn on / off heat, which area of the back and neck you want to use and direction of movement of the rollers. I am so pleased with this massager and would recommend it very highly to anyone with the need of a back and neck home massager. It is equally as good as a massage from those large, clunky chairs without the required room to put it in. Fits well on any high back chair or recliner.
