Aesthetically pleasing and practical to use.
This is the second time I bought this pen. The first one lasted for at least a year and was still good to write or draw with, before I dropped it on the floor and broke the nib :( The ink (I used my own ink) flows well in general but sometimes it doesn’t write during the first stroke after some time of me holding it in the air. might be because of my weak hands or it dried a little, works better when I pushed it down more or shakes it up and down a bit. There’s no worry once the ink starts to flow, I can write smoothly without any force with the nib just touching the paper. I also recommend doing some scribble on the side to prep it. I have no idea how long it can last being not used, because I use it a lot and I always clean it for summer breaks. The outer case is very pretty and practical with an interesting texture that’s better than smooth plastic. My last one didn’t change much on the outside during the year I used it, but the part when I hold it got somewhat eroded on the surface and is no longer gold in color. To be fair, i was using it every day for math homework as a college student (a lot of scrap paper used) and the rate of erosion is similar to other fountain pens I have. The discoloration is not affecting the writing experience in anyway. In general, this is a very good pen. I will use it to write college notes and math and thermo homework.

The best pen I’ve ever used
I repurchase several times a year because this pen is so incredibly inexpensive and comes with several ink refills, it’s cheaper to repurchase than to reorder ink. This pen writes perfectly. No leaks, no huge learning curve to get your writing technique to work with the pen. I write a lot all day and I had a technician who was watching me jot a note tell me my writing “looks like it should be a font” with this pen. I also submitted some work at a site other than my usual, and when I worked there again I was asked what kind of pen I used because my writing looked beautiful. I have purchased black and pink versions and every one works perfectly out of the box. I won’t even try another pen now.

Eye candy that writes well.
This is a snazzy little pen that writes surprisingly well and comes in great colors; I wish it came in more colors! I now have three to match various notebooks. I ordered one to match my day planner and one to match a planner I gave as a gift that could not exceed $25. I am ordering another one just because I want it! I have several good fountain pens at much higher prices and status levels but this little jewel is just plain fun, starts easily and writes great every time! BTW, it comes with cartridges and a converter. A bargain!

Beautiful pen angleriting experience
This pen has to be the best writing experience ever. I finally made the decision to stop using ballpoint gel pens and this was a great switch. I like the idea of getting my favorite ink, fill the converter and write in my signature color. The writing is smooth and controlled. The weight and balance are matched so not to give you hand fatigue. I love this pen and will be buying one in purple.
