Good frame and easy to add pictures
I really want to give this five stars, because when it works, it’s fantastic. The pictures are vivid, the transitions are smooth and the storage capacity is great. The Frameo app makes it so simple to upload pictures onto the frame —anyone you give access to can also share pictures to your frame by downloading the app. However, the instructions are very clear that you should always turn the frame off before unplugging it. And that is good advice, but you don’t always have that choice. A power outage that severed our connection to the frame abruptly ruined the first one we had, and the second one has suddenly stopped accepting new uploads after only a year. It plays the existing pictures fine in rotation, but we cannot add anything new to it and we have no idea why. We’ve tried everything, including reconfiguring our Wi-Fi to make sure it wasn’t a connection problem. It simply stopped working. I doubt we will order a third one. EDIT 3-29-26 I came back to give this 5 stars, because we moved it from our house to another apartment and it seems to work just fine in the apartment. I don’t know what the problem is with the connection in our house, but obviously it was not the fault of the frame!

Unexpectedly Surprisingly Impressive
Our old photo viewed suddenly died. I decided on this model, and for the price, it is outstanding. The unit is small in size, but the display is very large. Opted for the wood tone with white, and it is actually quite attractive. The unit has plenty of storage, with expansion capabilities too. Since it is touchscreen, it is super easy to setup, connect to Wi-Fi, download the app, and copy over photos (only 10 at a time). The app is very easy to use and connects to the unit with a secure code. It does include a USB-C based A/C adapter, which is a relief from batteries. Overall, I really like the unit, surprisingly impressive and very affordable. I highly recommend it and am very pleased.

The frame has been a perfect addition to my living room with hours of memories to enjoy at a glance; not to mention a great conversation starter! The size of the frame is 10” which is perfect for my space. The picture is clear and an incredible devalue for the money spent! The directions were easy and simple to follow making it easy to set up! Highly recommend. I bought the larger size for my parents and they love theirs also!
