Fun, functional, great value
This is my first instant camera since the Polaroid, yes I'm aging myself! I don't expect anything fancy from any film of this type, but it's nostalgic and fun at parties when you don't want to have your cell phones out all the time. I feel the color produced is nice and clear. I took photos against indoor light with basic lighting (dog image) as well as pictures against sun glare indoors (messy room with party boxes!). I think it produced colors very well compared to what I've seen others using in this type of camera. With the sun glare I took two pictures using different filters just to see how it worked out. The camera is just the right weight and comfortable. Easy to use and so is the app. I love that I can create a custom border to be printed and set three shortcuts buttons to use them even faster. Adding an audio recording puts a qr code on the image (to play back recording added after taking picture) where you can choose the location of the QR code as well as the color. That's an added piece of fun! I feel the film quality and exposure quality was as expected. First rule with this film and the camera it goes with is don't expect the same results you get from your phone or a traditional camera. It's a completely different style and technology and offers a different outcome. If you want the sharp High detail image of traditional film or digital cameras but like the aesthetics of an instant print I'd recommend using your film and digital cameras and adding a fun border to mimic an instant film output. Since I'm new to the camera I still have some learning to do where adjusting for light conditions and it's filters will be helpful. Usually I'm shooting with 35 mm film and digital so this is a whole different experience and have to keep that in mind. I'm excited to use this at some upcoming parties. It should spark a lot of smiles and conversation.

I love it! Best feature: print photos from phone as Polaroids
This was a “treat yo self” purchase for me, I’ve been wanting one a long time but what sold me on pulling the trigger was the feature that allows you to connect to your phone/device and select a photo taken from that device to print as a Polaroid from this little wonderworker. I love it! For our wedding guestbook we did Polaroids but the camera used that night ran out of battery for a while so we didn’t have a good number of guests in the book. I have been having fun finding photos of them at the wedding taken by other guests or our photographer, and printing those photos as Polaroids to include in our guestbook! The Polaroid camera is small and cute, very fun and easy to bring along wherever—but for the times I’m packing light or don’t want to bring it, I love that I can still capture the memories on my phone and choose to print it as a Polaroid later.

Fun, Flexible, and Perfect for Us
My wife had been wanting an Instax for a while, but I wasn’t convinced about constantly buying film. The LiPlay turned out to be the perfect middle ground for both of us—it’s an Instax camera, but we don’t have to print every photo we take. As someone who always blinks in pictures, that’s a huge relief! Another great feature is the ability to print photos from our phones, which adds a lot of flexibility. The camera itself is adorable, has built-in storage, and even supports a microSD card. We were really excited about the QR code voice recording feature, though we haven’t used it as much as we thought we would. Overall, it’s a super fun little device!

A perfect gift that keeps on giving!!!
This was a gift for my friend's wedding and she loved it!!! The camera arrived on time and was in perfect condition! It functions as advertised and it is super easy to use! The picture quality it amazing! The camera screen brightness is perfect and the battery life is amazing once it is fully charged! It does take a long time to charge, but it lasts for a long time. I love how you can take pictures and choose which pictures you want to print directly from the the camera itself, or use the app to Bluetooth print pictures that you took from your phone!
