Great customer service
There is a lot of digging involved in gardening. I was excited to have a set that had multiple tools to help with the task. The bag was sturdy and I use it to keep my knee pads, gloves, and other small tools. Unfortunately, the first time I used the multi tool, the metal bent almost as soon as I attempted to rake up weeds. When I contacted Customer Service, they apologized and quickly corrected the issue. I love the foldable saw. It is super sharp and has come in quite handy in removing think branches and tree limbs. I am thrilled with the look of our new property since we have been able to remove all of the menacing weeds and lawn debris, thanks to this set!

Tools are sturdy and exactly what is needed for veggies, flowers, landscape. Only wish the carry-all was a bit sturdier to easily stand up alone and open. I put kneeler, apron and gloves in the large, middle opening and that helped it stand up. The bag is sturdy enough - just may put a piece of heavy cardboard in middle pouch to keep it open to stabilize it on ground. Would I buy it again, or gift it to someone - YES! Great price for great garden tools and carry-all bag, keeping all your things together!

The bag is of okay quality — seems well enough constructed to last for several years and there’s a lot of extra room for your own tools even when fully loaded with the included tools. The tools themselves, while not the highest, heirloom quality, are still strong and sturdy enough without worrying about imminent breakage. A good value for the money, a great gift for a starter gardener, and decent quality.
