Amazing Customer Service
I ordered these bowls because it was cheaper than some other options considering it comes with 16 pieces instead of 12. I LOVE the look of these, they are so sleek and I love the rim on the plates. While I haven't run them through the dishwasher (I usually hand wash), they seem pretty durable. The plates and bowls don't stack perfectly, but it's not very noticable even with my exposed dish cabinet. The large plates are HUGE. One of my small bowls came with a pretty significant crack, to the point where if I put some pressure on it, I could hear the bowl shifting. However, the customer service was top notch. I sent them an email and they got back to me the next business day. SAVE your box because they will request a photo of it! The replacement process was a little vague, saying that it would take up to 15 business days and that it was possible that I wouldn't get an exact replacement. I also did not recieve a tracking number. However, I recieved not one, but TWO bowls four days later, surrounded in packing peanuts and bubble wrap. I'm very happy with the customer service.

Pretty and sturdy
Great quality at a great price. Dishwasher safe, used every day and look great. The bowls are the perfect sizes and I also use the larger ones as serving bowls for side dishes. They are a bit heavy so if you have trouble lifting these may not be for you.
