Built well and easy to use. Saves a lot of time when cutting up potatoes. Haven’t done much else but cut potatoes for fries but it looks like it can handle other stuff just as well. Blades are sharp and come in different sizes but we just use the small french fry cutter. Cuts sweet potatoes real good. The mechanism is strong and sturdy. Easy to clean, set up and tear down. I am glad we made this one our choice. I have used others in the past. This model is so far the best for frequent home use.

Great product for dicing and making fries. Takes little force to dice an onion once you cut it to fit in the grid. It feels solid enough to use at home every day but may be a little sluggish for restaurant volumes. Overall I'm satisfied with the value of the unit.

Very sturdy
Made almost entirely of metal. Not cheap castings, machined bar and round stock. The top plate moves up and down smoothly and stays level with the bottom plate holding the blades. I think it’s going to last a long time.
