Excellent cookware . Love these stainless steel pans. I cooked organic veggies in it. No stains or burns. Heat the pans up properly on low heat & do the water test (making sure the water beads off the surface & moves around before cooking . Cook he food using Avocado oil or Extra Virgin oil. Will be buying me another set. Nice weight , Easy to use , Cool handles , Non Stick if you properly heat it on low & oil the pan before use . Very durable and sturdy. Use bamboo wood or stainless steel to cook with . Do not use silicone or plastic cookware to cook it’s bad for you and can get in your food. These Pans worth every penny.

I bought two sets for by daughters so they could ditch the non stick poison. They absolutely love them. Out of the box they are polished so well you can see your reflection. Heat them up till water beads and they are essentially non stick. You can slide an egg around and onto your plate or a sandwich. They even have felt protectors so they don’t get scratched when you stack them. Three ply construction also gives you more even cooking.
