Fun Electric Scooter
UPDATE: The new scooter arrived in working order and I'm very happy with it. I understand that sometimes these things may not work as intended - it happens, so I'm not faulting Gotrax. They did reach out to me in an email about a full replacement - so keep that in mind when choosing a scooter, their support seems excellent. My purchase was in the Amazon return window - so I opted for that, instead. As someone who has now put together 2 of these scooters, I can say it was super easy to assemble. The scooter has a good speed for smaller kids, which I like - and the feature to have the scooter moving before the accelerator can be triggered is an awesome addition. I can definitely see my youngest hitting the accelerator too soon and flying off of it. So far so good. I can definitely recommend this scooter and the backing of Gotrax for initial support. ORIGINAL REVIEW: PRO TIP: If this scooter is a gift for a birthday or Xmas - make sure to test your scooter before gifting it! Unless you want a very disappointed kid, when they try it out. Thankfully I didn't wait until Xmas as the scooter delivered was completely dead on arrival. Properly hooked up and fully charged. No response from accelerator. Could be wiring or could be the battery, I'm not messing with it. Ordered a replacement. I'll update this review if the new one actually works.

Awesome electric scooter!
This electoral scooter is awesome! My kids really enjoy this scooter. They ride it all the time until it runs out of battery. The charging time takes a bit of time, but it’s still worth it. The battery life is pretty long. We when for a bike ride and it kept up. We when for around 3 miles and that wasted all the battery. Putting the scooter together was pretty easy. I probably only had to screw in 2-3 screws but that was it. Getting the scooter to move was also fairly easy. At first it was kind of confusing but after I got the jest of it. I have to step on the front button with my foot. Then start moving the scooter like a regular scooter. After that I have to put my other foot on the other button. Then it starts to speed up. The speed is also pretty fast. My 10 year old boy liked it because it was the right speed for him but my 15 year old did liked it that much because it was not fast enough for him. Overall, I still think this is a awesome scooter.

Bought for my 7 year old because her sister loves her big scooter. This scooter itself is good but the battery life is terrible. Debating on sending it back so I can find something with better battery life. Not even 2 days in and half way through riding hers is dead. I was contacted by customer service and they replaced the scooter and looks like we have received a faulty scooter initially. She loves her new scooter and we are excited to report we have a great scooter! Thank you so much for the amazing customer service!! Will do business with you in the future!
