I pretty much stand all day long & this is super nice to use to relax!! I absolutely love the heat setting it feels so good & the vibration is perfect for a little massage! All you do it put the wrap on your heal, use the velcro to make it as tight as you want then click the buttons on it for the settings! Very easy to use.
