Best customer Service! And great product!
When we bought this my son was a little young to ride it. We had 3 wheel scooters in the past. We had only charged it one or two times thinking he would be ready to try it. He was not. Winter came and it sat in our house for around 6 months without being used. Spring is now here and it would not charge. I reached out to customer support to see if they could give me any advise. I wasn’t asking for anything but that. They reached out very quickly with a response letting me know that not charging a battery for that long could have hurt the battery. They also stated they would happy to send me a new battery. To be honest I wasn’t expecting that so it was a great surprise. They went above and beyond expectations and now my son is very happy and will enjoy his scooter! Great product and even better customer service

Great scooter, even better support
My son really loved this scooter at first. The LEDs are a nice touch, and the adjustable height is super practical for growing kids. However, we ran into a frustrating issue where it started cutting out and shutting off randomly while he was mid-ride. I was worried about the quality, but I reached out to their customer service and they’ve been surprisingly great. They were really responsive and have been on top of getting the issue fixed for us. Bottom line: The scooter had a technical glitch, but the company actually stands behind their stuff, which is rare these days. It’s a solid buy knowing they’ll help you out if it acts up.

Great for kids
This scoot has been great for my kids. I bought 2 of them, one for my 8 year old and one for my 10 year old. They both absolutely love them. I really enjoy that they go just fast enough where I am not worried about them falling off and getting hurt. The battery life seems to be great as they enjoy taking them down to the local store to get a snack on the weekends or after school.
