Comfiest, Coziest, Most Luxurious Bathrobe
Several years ago, I had the great fortune to stay at a luxury hotel in France (for the first and, so far, only time in my life) and one of the amenities was the softest coziest robe I've ever worn in my life: It was an H by Frette bathrobe. The robe was so comfortable and luxurious that I lived in it every second that I was in the hotel room. Recently, when I decided it was time to replace my old bathrobe, I immediately looked up H by Frette and was super excited to find the shawl collar bathrobe. There was no question in my mind that this was going to be my new bathrobe. Even though I had worn an H by Frette bathrobe before, receiving my new robe in the mail was even better than I expected! The robe was packaged beautifully in it's own linen case and, when I first tried it on, it was just as cozy and luxurious as I had remembered it being. The best part though? I'm not just wearing this robe for a few days on a vacation -- this is MY new bathrobe and I can wear it every single day. And, since it arrived, I have! While I love everything about this bathrobe, I'd say that my absolute favorite part of it is the shawl collar. Having the shawl collar just makes me feel snuggled up and cozy in this wonderful bathrobe. I highly recommend this bathrobe to everyone and anyone. It's so cozy that you can't help but feel comfortable and relaxed when wearing it. And, at the end of the day, when we want to relax and feel comfortable, why not treat ourselves to the absolute best?

Perfect gift for my robe loving dad!
Got this as a birthday gift for my dad who LOVES luxurious bathrobes but has never quite been able to find one to his liking outside of high-end hotels such as The Breakers. He has gone through many robes at home, and they've never lived up to the robes from The Breakers. I've been hearing about those robes for decades... the super soft terricloth, the large lapels, the length; these are all the things he has always hoped for but never been able to achieve. This year for his birthday, I went on a mission to find a robe that lives up to similar hype. This robe is pricey, but the goal was to find the end all, be all robe so that he doesn't have to keep going through mediocre robes every couple of years. It was worth the money. It is exactly what he has always wanted. It's super soft, sturdy, not too heavy or too light. The packaging is nice, especially as a gift. The do not disturb hanger was also a cute touch.

Fluffy and cozy
After a slight delay due to inclement weather my robe finally was received. It is so cozy and comfortable. The length is just right for me; the sleeves are quite long, but fine. I ordered a M and it does run large and I am average height and weight. Am pleased with my purchase.

Explora robe!
I just got this but it’s the same kind I had on the Explora cruise line and now I’m a robe guy. Soft, not crunchy. Thick and towely but not too warm inside. Perfect robe? I don’t know but it’s in the discussion.
