Ornament fine…shipping material not good for contents.
We have the Frosty and Friends ornaments since their inception and love them. This year the ornaments were in perfect shape, however, they were packaged in a brown padded mailing envelope that just fit the two boxes and one of the boxes bruised quite a bit in the corner. That sounds petty but, as a collector and knowing that the ornament box is often as valuable as the contents, I was dismayed that the shipper didn’t package and ship them in a more sturdy box instead of the soft sided mailing envelope. I ran out of time to request a return replacement.

Annual Frosty Friends Ornament
I have all the Frosty Friends Ornament Series. I look forward every year to see what the next ornament will look like. The ornament is adorable. As others noted the hook is not on the head but on the base. This isn't a deal breaker for me as several ornaments are like this.

Had to get 2! We've collected the Frosty friends since the 80s. My son's family has already inherited them; so continuing the tradition for the grandkids. I had to get myself one also and had it on the shelf as house decorations..

We have the complete selection (less one) since 1980. We enjoy setting out the complete collection every year and the variety of designs from one year to the next. All of the ornaments are still in excellent condition.
