So cozy! The heat is easily adjustable.
I thought I wouldn't care about the neck flaps but now I love them. Six heat settings and a timer are very helpful but I especially appreciate an auto shut-off in case I forget to do that myself. Excellent price for a quality heating pad. It's very soft and comfortable to wear with waist ties to help keep it in place and snaps on the neck flaps to secure it over your shoulders. I'm really happy with it.

Great heating pad.
My heating pad did not survive our last power outage. It was a trooper though, and I worried about replacing it. But this heating pad is awesome! The shoulders and neck DO warm and together with the back, make for a comfortable, cozy experience. It stays put because of the snaps. The cord is plenty long enough. I definitely would recommend.

Consistent heat
This product is amazing it heats up very quickly goes from my neck to my lower back and the heat is consistent throughout. The velvet tie strap is soft and plenty long. I would recommend this product 100% satisfied

I like the way it wraps around your shoulders and neck. Covers upper back, loser back and shoulders. .Doesn't get real hot but it hot enough for me.
