Perfect for neck and shoulder pain! I was using a regular heating pad and had to switch it from one shoulder to the other and then move to my neck. This heating pad is comfortable to wear and covers both shoulders and neck. I like that you can select the amount of time you want it to heat and that you have different heat options to select from. I’ve only had it a few weeks so can’t comment on durability but so far, it’s a win!
