Great Looking & Functional
I read a lot of the bad reviews before purchasing this fridge. Some said the shelves aren't quite wide enough and they were falling down. When we got the unit I pushed each rack to either side of the fridge while pressing on them. Nothing collapsed and they seemed wide enough. I assume this was a design flaw that has already been fixed. The fridge design is very slick and modern looking. The LED light was another item folks complained about in some reviews. Is the light super bright? No, it's not but it's functional and enough to see items. If you pack drinks across the top rack then you can block the light distribution coming down into the other shelves but if your fridge is that packed then you probably use it all day when you can just see through the glass door anyway (lol). The fridge is whisper quiet. The only noise I heard was when I put a Keurig on top. We just put a table mat underneath and positioned it better and the vibration from the Keurig stopped. We followed the instructions to leave the fridge in an upright position for 24 hours before plugging in. It also says this on the box so follow the directions. This is for the compressor to work properly. Another tip that was mentioned is to first let the fridge cool down without drinks in it. Once the fridge is to temp, put already cool drinks in. This also greatly helps the compressor to not be over strained immediately. The other item I saw people complain about was how many drinks can fit in the fridge. Because this is for convenience purposes I'm totally happy with the amount of space. It you are maxing it out and disappointed that more drinks can't fit you might just need a larger fridge altogether! Of course you can remove a shelf for taller drinks as needed. Our main reason for buying this fridge is to initially use it near our guest bedroom for elderly parents to be able to make a cup of coffee in the morning and have bottles of water and drinks on hand. After they head back home we will move this sleek fridge into our theatre room for beverages and snacks while watching movies. As an fyi - the unit comes with a two year warranty and we purchased the separate Allstate insurance to cover it for five years for only $7 more. If we get five years out of this guy it will have served it's purpose and then some!

So far so good...
I was hesitant to buy this fridge based on the reviews about dents and noise, but further research showed that just about every manufacturer and model get the same complaints. So far it seems quieter than I had been expecting. There was one small dent, but so small I didn't even notice it until I looked for it. As it's at the back of a side panel, it will never be visible and isn't a problem. The unit was packaged very well inside of two cardboard boxes. Once you get it out of the first one, you can set it upright and the inner box can be lifted off the Styrofoam / cardboard base. The door is heavy and seals well - this fridge definitely feels well made. Unlike most other units where the hinges aren't reversible at all, or you end up with doors that are upside down and finger grabs are in the wrong location, this unit is actually well designed to allow the hinge to switch sides. There are inset grabs on both sides of the door so it doesn't matter which way you have it open. All of that said, my only complaint is that the instructions to switch the hinges lacked details. The manual simply says to remove the 3 screws and switch the hinge to the other side. It doesn't mention the hinge cover (pictured) which is quite difficult to get off if you don't know there are tabs on the inside holding it in place. I ended up lightly using a heat gun to soften up the cover and then pulled it off. You'll need to remove the plug covers on the holes that you will need to use and move them to the other side when you're done. They could also mention to place the fridge on it's back so the door can't fall when the hinges are removed, and you will need to swap a "foot" from one side to the other. None of this is hard and can easily be accomplished in 15 minutes with a Philips screwdriver and putty knife (to help remove the plugs). A level doesn't hurt either as the foot you switched is used to level the fridge side to side. All in all, if the compressor remains quiet I will be very happy with it. P.S. I added a picture from a temperature probe. Another big complaint about mini fridges is they don't get cold enough or stay at the right temp. In the beginning of the graph I opened the door for a minute while rearranging a few things. The temp is set at 36 degrees, This is pretty much spot on...

Great quality. Not your standard mini fridge.
I ordered this for our kids new teenage playroom. I was looking for a 'cool' factor and being able to dispense cold water and soda seemed like just the thing. The reviews on this unit were mostly quite good and I can confirm that this is a much nicer than your typical home store mini fridge. The doors are double pane tempered glass and close very solidly. There are three heavy rubber coated metal racks which slide securely into molded slots on the side. Spacing is OK but not optimal. I opted to use the bottom of the fridge as my first shelf and placed bottles of pop standing up there. The next three shelves are spaced to hold cans. In any event, you are not going to be storing your thanksgiving turkey here-- it is designed for beverages and perhaps some smaller items. The unit is packed unbelievably well-- someone took a great deal of time to make sure this arrived in one piece. And yet it is easy to unpack--once you cut off the plastic shipping straps, you can lift the box straight up, leaving the fridge standing on the separate foam box bottom. Clever. And a good back saver. It's a fridge so the instructions are straightforward. Plug it in, set the temp with the digital key pad and determine whether you want the light on or off. Unlike a full size fridge (and because this has a glass door) the light can be left on like a display case in a grocery store. It is attractive. You can switch the door from handle on the left to handle on the right with a screwdriver. It comes set up to open on the left. The unit came to temp in about an hour. There is a slight compressor noise however it is minimal. Very happy with the purchase.

Great value for the dollar. Looks nice (even the wife likes it). Works as advertised.
I was a bit hesitant ordering an appliance online due to concerns of damage during shipping. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the beverage cooler was double boxed and very well protected. Unboxing was very easy: just cut the straps and the box will slide off over the top of the appliance. The cooler will then stand on a sturdy pedestal of styrofoam and corrugated plastic. I used that to slide it close to its final position in the kitchen and simply rocked it off of the pedestal and pushed the cooler to its designated location. The shelves were held in place with tape (that is easily removed without leaving any residue.) And are quite sturdy. After waiting the prescribed 24 hours to settle the refrigerant I plugged it in and let it run for an hour empty on the highest setting. This is the procedure described in the manual. The compressor is surprisingly quiet and has no noticable rattle during startup and stopping. It reached set temperature fairly quickly. The cooler is now fully stocked and all contents are evenly cooled. I keep it set at 40 degrees which seems just right for most beverages. The LED light is pleasant and just right in its brightness. The brightness is non adjustable, just either on or off but that is OK. The glass door keeps free of condensation and is slightly opaque. The door seal is very good. Overall build quality gives the impression of a well made product and I expect it to last for a few years without issues.
