Love these, solved Raynaud's disease symptoms
These do exactly what they claim and work great. I've been using them for years with zero issues, in fact this is my third purchase of this product. I have Raynaud's disease and my toes will turn white from the cold. When using these I've never had an issue. Some of the criticisms of this product are around the adhesive being too strong and them getting too hot. On them overheating, the instructions are pretty clear. They need to be inside an enclosed shoe and not just on socks. They react to oxygen, so a shoe will confine them and slow their exposure to air. They will stay warm for hours. In fact, if the shoe you are wearing is very snug, they might stop being warm after a few hours. You may need to briefly remove your shoe and expose the toe warmer to air for few seconds. They will quickly warm back up. Put your shoes back on or they will overheat. The adhesive strength is fine, in fact, I love that they stay put. It will have some sock lint on it when you remove it. Sort of what a lint roller would do. I wouldn't use them on fuzzy socks but I've used them on dress socks and hiking socks without issue. I've worn them 10+ hours without issue. They're not bulky but if you do miles of walking with thin socks you will notice them. I've never gotten blisters or anything like that. Use them as directed and you won't be disappointed.

A small addition to our ski gear that makes a big difference in keeping kids comfortable.
We started using these toe warmers for our kids during ski season, and they’ve made a noticeable difference in comfort on the mountain. Performance in Ski Boots: Ski boots don’t allow much movement, and once toes get cold, the day can go downhill fast. These warmers help maintain steady warmth without overheating. After a few minutes of air activation, they begin producing consistent heat. Even in cold conditions, they typically last most of the ski day (around 6 hours for us). The warmth is gentle and even — enough to prevent that numb, painful feeling kids sometimes get on chairlifts. Fit & Comfort: They’re thin enough that they don’t create pressure points inside properly fitted ski boots. The adhesive backing keeps them from sliding around, which is important when kids are active. What Parents Should Know: They need some airflow to work properly, so don’t seal them in airtight containers before use. Activate them before putting boots on. These are single-use, so we reserve them for colder days rather than every trip. Overall: For ski families, these are an easy, affordable way to prevent cold toes from cutting the day short. They’re not a replacement for good socks and well-fitted boots, but they’re a great backup layer of warmth when temperatures drop.

Perfect fix for cold toes!
Cannot live without these! I have the 40 pair box on subscribe and save. My fingers and toes are ALWAYS cold, but the hot hand toe warmers fix this issue for my toes anyway. I just pop one in the toe of each shoe each morning. They last a full 8 hours and keep my toes nice and comfortable. Be careful not to open a pack and wait to put them in. If you wait too long, they will bubble up and get too hot. Seems like the more oxygen they get the hotter they are. I keep an extra pack in my purse and car… Yes, that’s how uncomfortable my ice cold toes get!

Awesome
These are great. I sit all day at work so my feet get really really cold feeling like I was in snow lol. But I wear these and they'll last the whole 9 hours. They're really flat and when you walk around its not bulky or a problem with fitting in the shoe , I wear size 6 and 7 shoes and they fit over my toes and up to the arch almost. Stick to your sock. Not severe heat too like you dont feel burning lol its consistent and after 9 hours when I remove them they're still warm
