Great buy and quality for the price
Very nice and heavy duty. 5 stars right off the bat. Mounted a weighty older 20 year old monitor on it and it's working great. It puts the monitor out of the way on work bench when needed, and allows easy adjustments up and down and all around. All the hardware was in the box and lettered and a set of instructions a child could follow. The 20+year old monitor mounted up good Is a really heavy duty mount. The added cable clips definitely a plus. My only cons on it are my preference and not knocking the product, are of replacing the bolts on the articulate joints with large thumb nuts for toolless tightening of them and the height knuckle. Big ones easy to turn with old hands and fingers. An optional longer keyboard tray specific to keyboards would really be nice. Again just tuning to my particular needs. They tray included is really better suited for a heavy laptop which is stated it's really for.. My Logitech s510 keyboard was not happy on it. Slid around and off. No antiskid or way to lock it onto the tray. Still a great buy for the price.

This thing is awesome. So simple to install and will literally turn and reach anywhere according to my convenience. I use it for my laptop, tablet, even the magnetic case for my phone when charging while I sleep. I have attached it to my desk which is next to my bed, so when I'm relaxing watching television I can just swing it over and tilt it an easy to use position. This item has spoiled me and the price was perfect for how useful it has become. If I had to complain about it at all, I would only say the screws that attached the device platform to the positioning arm should be recessed to be more flush with the platform. If I hadn't noticed this during assembly it may have potentially damaged or scratched my devices. That is the only flaw I have found after months of use. It's a very strong, sturdy and capable method of conveniently using various devices. Even just to read an old fashioned book in bed. This could be a great gift for anyone in today's device driven world, but it's also a wonderful way to spoil yourself.

Multiple configuration options, Nylock nuts, threaded mounting plates, metal everything (everything that should be, at least...plastic where it needs to be plastic for friction). Very sturdy. Great value for what youre getting. It comes with everything you need to assemble except a screwdriver. But you should own a screwdriver. If you dont own a screwdriver....get a screwdriver. Build it before the return date!!!
1 Star - It seemed like a nice product, however it came with lack of hardware and broken brackets that don't tighten down, poor quality and manufacturing packaging. UPDATE!!! 5 Star - Customer service really came through! Even though it was after the return date they reached out and sent a new stand anyway. This one has all hardware and working brackets. As I previously thought, it really is a nice product that saves your neck and is very sturdy for a laptop. Highly recommend this product and company, I wish all companies were like this!!!
