Immersive and fun
This is a very fun and interesting idea for a game night. One thing I like about these games is that they are focused on the investigation, puzzle-solving part. I mean, it's called Hunt a Killer, so whether or not you'd consider something like this "family-friendly" or "age-appropriate" is really a matter of opinion. While you have to remember you are trying to solve a murder, it doesn't focus on that. It's more about figuring out who had motive, opportunity, etc. The immersive style of the games is very fun. There's much more to it than rolling dice and moving pieces around a board. You have tangible items as "evidence" to examine and even a link to websites to get audio clues, and more. This does take a while, so it's great for game nights with multiple people. But you could also do the entire thing yourself if you wanted to. The only downside of a game like this is that it has a single ending so once you figure it out, playing it again would be like watching a movie or tv episode you've already seen. You may still enjoy it but you aren't going to be surprised by the end. But still for the experience and the amount of time it takes to play these, I'd still recommend these to any thriller/crime/drama fans.

Fun Mystery with nice quality evidence
My sister and I regularly tackle mysteries from Hunt A Killer, and this one was especially fun. The evidence included in this set was high quality and truly enhanced the overall experience. We especially enjoyed working through the materials together and piecing everything together as a team. Although we did need to go online to track down some additional evidence, we were able to quickly find what we needed to identify the killer. This mystery featured several coded messages that took us longer than usual to solve, but that only made it more engaging and satisfying. In the end, it turned into a fun afternoon adventure that we thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves immersive, hands-on mysteries!

Fun, challenging, highly detailed
This was a fun evening activity! Well worth the price for over two hours of entertainment. Very detailed. Regarding the murder: The Who and why are easy but the how was totally lost on us-we had so much fun though! I like that it’s more free flowing and open, you read the intro letter and then just go at it examining clues. This is even an activity that you can do alone. After you’re done and you solve it, it can be passed along to someone else, too! So it is reusable but the storyline and solution remain the same.
