LOVE IT!!
I initially bought this heating pad for neck stiffness and soreness but quickly learned you can use it for other areas. I love this heating pad!! It is weighted (not too weighted though) so it drapes perfectly over your shoulders and contours your neck just right. I appreciate the length in the back as it covers to almost my bra band. The snap closure helps it stays put! I also use this to lay across my lap when the evenings are chilly, cover my feet when I'm curled up on the couch, and am currently using it to sooth abdominal cramps. Thanks Menopause!! It does help quite a bit. This heating pad works wonderfully and gets HOT. The timer is a really nice feature as well. I highly recommend and you won't be disappointed with your purchase.

Le bouton de fermeture qui ne ferme pas assez fort, est stupide surtout pour un homme parce que le coussin est un peu petit et si je le ferme ça me serre le cou. Mais l'ensemble a une bonne tenue. Ce que j'apprécie surtout est le fait que le coussin touche le cou. C'est d'abord pour ça que j'ai choisi ce modèle et j'avais raison. Le fil est correct assez long pour lui trouver un endroit peu encombrant. La chauffe me satifait sur le long terme, je ne veux pas cuire. J'aurais dû me procurer un tel coussin bien avant. Je lui donne 4.8.

Great product, easy to use, 6 different temperatures as well as 4 different time limits on heat. The shoulder harness fits very well and helps heat shoulders, upper back, next and front upper chest. I highly recommend.

Works well. Difficult for me to attach snap and put on since one arm cannot reach my shoulders. Once in place it works well unless I move since I cannot attach it with the one snap provided.
